"We were a Large group of 20 persons, and we arrived at the hotel during a stormy day - just to find the warm welcome of the employees on the reception and the smile of the concierge guys who were more than happy to assist us all with the bags without even hesitating or awaiting to be asked. The check-in was very smooth and the bags were already awaiting us in front of the rooms when we got there. The rooms were very luxurious and well maintained and contemporary decorated - the Bathrooms and showers were fabulous. We had a Forest view (recommended) and it snowed and gave the best view Ever. the amenities were good but not excellent, the shower spilled water on the bathroom floor and the pillows were not as comfortable as the Bed but we slept well through the night - some of the groups could hear our conversation in the hallway when speaking in the room. The only thing that we weren't impressed with was the Breakfast Buffet, we felt it needed to be more rich. Yet the atmosphere and the hospitality of the employees was enough to make us enjoy our stay and make it an unforgettable one"

"A very nice hotel with its own history. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Clean and professional. It’s a shame about the food though… The hotel is not cheap. But mostly worth it. Which makes you wonder why would they use a Nutella substitute that tastes bad. The same with peanut butter. And other items like crepes. The sweets. Etc. The food quality at breakfast is sub-par for the price you’re charged. This says a lot about the F&B choices of the hotel. We didn’t venture in any more food experiences there."

"Very nice an calm place, within nature. The cabins are large but the facilities are dull. Only one bath for 5 family members, kitchen without sink. Pool is awesome, breakfast is just ok. Clean overall. Rooms weren't cleaned during morning just towels were changed."

"I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. As a loyal patron, I have always enjoyed the ambiance and cuisine of your establishment, but my recent visit left much to be desired. Firstly, let me address the issue of seating. Upon arrival, my party and I were seated in an area that was notably uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Sun was all over the place , we were seated next to the Charcoal Igniting area , No view of the valley or mountains , but the only view we had was the kitchen door and bathroom windows Furthermore, the quality of the food served was far below the standard I have come to expect from your restaurant. The dishes were presented in a haphazard manner , been sitting in the sun for a period of time . It was evident that little care or consideration had been given to the preparation and presentation of the meals. Equally disappointing was the level of service we received. Our server was alone to cover all our staff, leaving us waiting for extended periods before taking our orders and failing to check in on us throughout the meal. A simple example was asking for a an extra dish of hummus , and the comment received was ( this is all we can serve) Additionally, I was dismayed to overhear members of your staff making derogatory remarks about us complaining about the heat and seating area , replying in a meaning of " this is what you get ,deal with it" This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of these expectations. In light of these issues, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and to implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps you plan to take to address these concerns."

If an the security employee at the hotel took photos and videos of guests without their consent during a Valentine's Day event, that is certainly a serious breach of privacy and highly inappropriate behavior for five stars hotel. It is essential for golden Lilli hotel and their employees to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for his guest's privacy. Taking photos and videos without explicit permission is a violation of basic ethical standards and can cause significant discomfort and distress to the guests involved. I would strongly recommend mrs. Sara general manager for the golden Lilli hotel, brought this issue to the attention head Manager for every department at the hotel. while I talked with a Manager at your hotel who took the accident in an easy way and didn't take an action. It's important to provide them with specific details about the incident, Hotel guests have the right to enjoy their stay without feeling violated or having their privacy compromised. I hope that the hotel takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future."
