"After staying for four days, there was no WIFI in the room. The whole hotel was not the so-called public area WIFI, at least there was almost no signal. I booked a breakfast and dinner package, but the hotel did not provide any drinks for dinner, only water, which is rare in other hotels in Egypt. Because the cheapest coke and juice were not available. On June 6 and 7, when I entered the gate, a staff member who was not a security guard suddenly jumped out. Even if I reported the room number and showed the room card, I was not allowed to enter. He asked a lot of questions, which was funny. I don’t know what he was doing, and he was very rude."

Everyone there makes you feel at home and truly appreciated, which is something rare to find. Our stay was perfect in every way – calm atmosphere, personal attention, and top-level cleanliness. We’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real, relaxing getaway in the heart of Dahab. 💙🌴"

"A cozy small hotel overlooking the sea. It has a small and very beautiful sitting area on the beach. The rooms are very clean, the upper floor has balconies with an amazing sea view. The price might be considered a bit high comparing with the hotel prices in Dahab. Breakfast is included, which is quite ok but we preferred to have our breakfast somewhere else as a change. The owner and the staff are very friendly. One of the things i loved about the hotel that it is not close to the center area of Dahab which is usually crowded and noisy. I would definitely go there again."

"I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they treated us with hostility and arrogance. The hotel was not clean, and the overall level of service was far below any reasonable standard. What upset me the most was an incident where a guest came to my outdoor area to stand and talk with me for a few minutes. The staff approached us in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner, forced him to leave, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told, “You can check out if you don’t like it.” I have never experienced such rude and dismissive treatment in any hotel before. Rather than addressing concerns respectfully, they chose to speak to guests in an offensive and degrading way. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic respect, cleanliness, or professional customer service."
