"The air conditioning unit inside the room is incredibly noisy. When it's on, it sounds like a plane taking off... Also, the front desk staff are quite unfriendly towards Chinese guests. Be aware that sometimes rooms aren't cleaned, and when you go to the front desk, they'll tell you the cleaning staff have gone home and you need to book a cleaning service. Many of their services just feel inexplicable... Definitely something to watch out for."

"The hotel is in a good location with a beautiful environment. There is a Target supermarket next to it, which makes shopping very convenient. Of course, where there is a Target, there must be food stores. There are many around, with various flavors to choose from. We had a Vietnamese meal, one of which was very delicious with a very fresh taste. My colleague ordered another bowl after finishing one bowl. The breakfast in the hotel was just so-so, there was nothing delicious, and the tableware was disposable. Fortunately, there were chopsticks that Chinese people like."

"I am truly disappointed—this is the second time this has happened. I have two young children and had booked three weeks in advance, yet they assigned us a room on the third floor despite us having a lot of luggage. What disappointed me most was how filthy the floor was, it was so dirty that the towel turned black when I wiped it. When I mentioned this to the cleaning staff, they just smiled and offered no help at all. I will never return here."
