Check-in and check-out times are strict, and room cleaning is sloppy and untimely. Breakfast is average and acceptable. There are Trade Joes and Costco nearby, which is very convenient. If the travel distance is suitable, it is still recommended."

"The air conditioning unit inside the room is incredibly noisy. When it's on, it sounds like a plane taking off... Also, the front desk staff are quite unfriendly towards Chinese guests. Be aware that sometimes rooms aren't cleaned, and when you go to the front desk, they'll tell you the cleaning staff have gone home and you need to book a cleaning service. Many of their services just feel inexplicable... Definitely something to watch out for."
