"We chose this hotel based on our experience in other countries and cities, thinking the quality would be the same everywhere – but that's not true. The hotel isn't suitable for travelers seeking comfort and coziness. We were given a room with non-working air conditioning, and there was a kettle that also didn't work. When we asked to change rooms in the nearly empty hotel, no one helped. We don't recommend opening the windows for fresh air, as the weekend market starts setting up right under the windows at 5 a.m.; the noise is so loud that it's better to sleep at a construction site. It's very sad that the hotel management has done nothing for its customers."
