"Our check-in was on October 28, 2023, for a one-night stay. Initially, everything was fine. However, a few hours after accessing the room, I went to the bathroom. Upon leaving the bathroom, I was surprised to find guests who had accessed our room. I was very embarrassed, as my wife was preparing to go to the bathroom. It was very embarrassing. I informed the reception of what happened, and they only said they would inform management on Monday, October 30, 2023. In the last 10 years, I have stayed in small inns, hotels, and large hotels, and we have never experienced such embarrassment. To end the day, our card (room access key) is not working. I went to the reception, asked to exchange it, and they gave me a device that looks like a wristwatch and asked me to go open the door and come back to return it. Today at check-out, our reservation wasn't registered in the system; it was listed as a one-off booking. We spent another 10 minutes trying to resolve it. I sent a picture of the reservation to the hotel's WhatsApp, and it was approved. Luckily, it was only for one night. We need to go to Cuiabá for a few more days, but we don't intend to stay at the same hotel again. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it."
