"The hygiene was poor; the carpet in the room smelled strongly, the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation, there was a lot of hair stuck to the floor and bathroom tiles after mopping, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, there were hard-to-reach corners, and the air conditioner vents were covered in dust. A four- or five-year-old girl was diligently vacuuming in the breakfast area."
