"I stayed here twice. Once upon arrival at Gatwick Airport. Later before departed home from Gatwick Airport. Shuttle service at 5GBP per person very convenient. Check in very quick and friendly staff. Solicit for breakfast to book during checkin better price, I accepted. Good Value & Good Taste & Plenty of choices breakfast. Room were clean, comfortable, well equipped, fully functional especially the heater as the weather temperature dropped to 4degC in the early morning. WIFI is free. Airport shuttle schedule displayed. Flight schedule displayed. Both at the lobby. Great. I definitely be back."

"I booked a basic double room in the Lodge. The room was fine at this price point, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the bar had a good range of food options on the menu. The location is very close to Gatwick Airport, and the hotel had plenty of free parking, just register your number plate at the reception."

"Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance."

Things I liked: -The hotel was pretty comfortable -Very friendly and welcoming staff -Very close to the airport which made it super convenient. -The room felt very comfortable -Better price than other hotels in the area Things I didn't like: -The hotel feels a little old. -Doesn't offer anything outstanding other than barely common necesites. -The telephone had no cable, so I couldn't call reception. -The water heater kettle was a little dirty and rusty."

Gatwick 10 min drive, breakfast worth it and freshly cooked to order on site not on hotplates. Pub/food availability. Room cost great value. Hotel 10 min walk into Crawley town centre. Cons - no air-conditioning but room supplied with a fan."

The shower was amazing. We had breakfast on our last day. Private dining with a well cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Cannot praise this boutique hotel enough. Wonderful service all the way.
