In today’s hospitality industry, it is not always easy to find staff members who go above and beyond, but Patrick certainly did. His positive attitude and willingness to help deserve special recognition, and I truly appreciated the effort he made to ensure everything went smoothly during my stay. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient, and the reception team overall were friendly and professional. Good customer service can transform a hotel experience, and this hotel clearly understands the importance of making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay for me. After a long travel day, having a peaceful and comfortable room made a significant difference. The blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep, which is especially valuable before an early morning flight. The room also included practical amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, a smart television, excellent lighting, and a comfortable setup that felt modern without losing functionality. The bathroom was spotless and featured a spacious shower along with quality toiletries, making the stay even more enjoyable."

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and we all got ready there in the morning with the Hair Dressers and Make up Artists. Margarita was so accommodating and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, she even came to my rescue when the top button on my wedding dress came off and she sewed me back into my dress - life saver!! I then stayed the following night with my husband and again everything was perfect. The interior is beautiful and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Thank you SO much Margarita xx"
