Front desk staff won’t help out to call a taxi, no any usb charging plug in the room, water pressure was ok, air conditioning is weak.

I was a little dubious about the place but it was convenient for the location desired. The main things worked well. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room (facing the interior courtyard) was very quiet. The room was large. The WiFi was ok, peaking at about 10mbps and strong signal. There were power sockets where needed. There was a bath rather than shower and although you needed to hold the shower head as the fitment was defective, the water pressure and temperature control was excellent. Continental breakfast was modest but also sufficient. I’d happily stay again.

Worst reception ever and possible fraud issues Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop.
