Some reviews are totally out of line and we will be returning. Towels are very nice and sheets and apartment cleaned and well equipped. Thank you team for a lovely stay."

"Stayed here for two weeks over xmas 2023.Just the two of us. On arrival we had to phone reception for the key code, and was easy to find our apartment Our friend also had an apartment next door so that was handy First look of the place and it was clean and tidy , and ideal for a quiet time away We have been going to corralejo for about 13 yrs ( i think ) and stayed in many different places, always liked the locality of these apartments and the fact they are bungalows so you don’t have chairs scraping above you which as we all know is quite annoying when you’re trying to sleep Bed was great , v comfy and i have a bad back so for me it was good Checked in next day and the owner was lovely, very friendly and turns out they had only taken over in october so we’re still finding their feet Apartments cleaned once a week which i found to be great as i prefer not to have cleaners in every day , we just bought our own cleaning products , there was a mop,brush and soap etc already there Cooking facilities are v basic but who cooks loads on holiday when there are loads of amazing restaurants in corralejo The resident cat Sylvester was extremely friendly and i mean to the point he’d come in if allowed and sleep on couch , we tried to discourage him as much as possible but as cat lovers we gave in when he had his face pressed up against the glass doors 😂waiting for us in morning , then you’d see him going round the others ( he does get fed on site ) so he’s just a chancer Only issue i had was there were lots of stairs to get out front gate, i could walk long way round avoiding them but there were still some stairs so it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users , i have low mobility and ended up walking round cos the stairs were an issue for me The sun only came out in our patio around 12 ish, but it is winter after all , it was nice having your own sunloungers and not have to race to the pool We would defo stay again, it is being refurbished so it will be nice to go back and see the changes"

"Don’t be fooled by the photos- this would make an exceptional adult only venue but it is literally swarming with families with children. As a couple in their 50’s this was absolute hell to us. Upon arrival we had a street apartment with a street terrace. Very odd layout. No wardrobe space in main room. No mirrors or dressing table. The one small wardrobe was like a metal staff/prison locker. We were moved to an inner room with balcony at a cost to us. Lets talk balls: You could not even sit on edge of pool to read, which looked so inviting on photos. Kids splashing constantly, balls whacking at you. There was nine in the pool at one point. Kicking balls off walls. Playing pass on pathways/across sunbeds there’s absolutely no escape from them. Seems to be zero rules regarding them. Some music to drown out the screams would have been nice. This ended up being a very frustrating long painful week. I am Recovering from surgery & desperately needed some peace and a break. This place was not it. Couples avoid! Had to be at the poolside for 9 am every morning for the rope being removed. Otherwise you would not get a sunbed. *The dining area is utterly freezing. No doors and like a wind tunnel. You need coats to eat in there and your food is cold before it hits the table. I simply can’t understand why they haven’t closed it in for patrons comfort. I do want to add a very good positive. The staff ‘ALL ‘ of them are outstanding at what they do. Attentive and nothing is a problem. However management need to address short fallings asap."

"In general staff are friendly and restaurant and bar staff work really hard. Food is good and has variety. Animation staff are great. Rooms are good. Sunbeds, just don't bother unless you want to join the cretin crew who put towels down as early as 6pm the night before. Hotel staff do very little, locking away some sunbeds on some evenings but then the cretin crew just gravitate to the other pool. The hotel do not remove tiwels between 10pm and 6am as per their own policy. This got to the point where there were absolutely no beds as early as 7 in the morning."

"Superb hotel with beautiful swimming pools, very good welcome ideal location just a few steps from the city centre and the seafront, very quiet medium food, very nice accommodation with large room, bathroom, and corner kitchen and living with large terrace, The hotel is very friendly and helpful and I recommend this hotel."
