"Modern and newly renovated site, large room and large bathroom, was a third without lift but the spectacular place"

"Room 18 - both air conditioning units broken. Shower doors dirty and broken (wouldn't close properly). Shower itself had extremely low pressure, and both shower heads were broken. While the room was cheap, was well below expectations. issues were raised, but unable to fix until the day after my stay, and no compensation offered."

"Stayed in this edge of Corota town hotel. Not the prettiest of places, but blimey , staff were incredible for the 4 days we stayed for a wedding party. They were attentive, very polite and provided great service. If you ever popping through Puglia and need a rest for a couple of days, then stop here. Great pool facilities and very good local food. "This is actually the worst hotel I've ever been to. The showers are moldy and the rooms are dirty. This isn't a one room exception I've seen 4 other people's rooms and all of them also have mold and look dirty aswell. The air conditioning does not work again even after they "turned it on". The food was diabolical out of a a group of about 80 people i saw 3 people eat one meatball and that was the most eaten. The pasta had no flavour but pepper and lots of people said they had hair in the food. The dessert had a custard that was some how dry and not custardy. Lots of people who came here have said this is definitely the worst hotel they have experienced. And the food wasn't good either i bet that a 7 year old child could make better."
