"Hotel staff service enthusiastic smile can be added, early check in can also be given to stay, only early check in room only the lower floor can be provided immediately, I requested to a higher floor, later also according to the queue. The facilities are not much, but a little of a pool and with the beach view outside, very beautiful! As for the breakfast very delicious, exquisite and healthy, everything to have for breakfast is there, and replenished from time to time. The room is very large and has a balcony, only the washroom has some traces of history, a little older."

"After visiting coogee for years friends and i decided to book coogee beach house for the 1st time for 3 nights. We were pleasantly suprised. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We utilised the included breakfast on 2 mornings, eating out on 3rd. We were suprised how quiet the other people staying at house were and super friendly. I am unsure if that is always the case but while we were there it was totally fine. This place is not for everyone.. If you are precious about having luxury... go pay 10 times the price down the road. The place could do with a paint but it was immaculately clean. The staff were always busy cleaning and tidying... more than i have ever seen in more expensive places elsewhere. It was actually very well equipped and it was an unexpected suprise to stay with such an interesting mix of other guests. Lovely stay. Thankyou staff. Looking forward to going back."
