"The hotel's location is about a 20-minute bus ride from the station, and just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop! The staff are also very friendly! I was shown to a room with a balcony, and although it's a non-smoking hotel, it was nice for a smoker like me! The view of the sea and the quiet environment were great! And breakfast was OK ✌ However, as a Japanese person, I'm generally used to clean, safe, and quiet rooms in Japanese hotels... but in European countries, the soundproofing in the rooms is weak, and last night I could hear everything a couple was doing – the passionate kissing, the creaking of the bed, everything! I had to wear earplugs for an hour (lol). Couples and those traveling with children should be careful! Have a great trip ✌ by"

"Third time’s a charm, as they say. We arrived around 9:00 AM, and the lovely lady at the reception gave us the room key then and there, with the mention that we were in luck and it was ready. In a nutshell, the “China” (themed) room was the biggest I’ve ever been in, you can find the images on their FB site, I’ll just leave the bathroom picture for your viewing pleasure. If you want to enjoy Mamaia in peak style, this is the place to be."

"The hotel is very close to the beach, museums and the old city center, in a very good location. The room was spacious and beautiful looking. "You cannot adjust the room temperature!!! The thermostat is locked and you need to call Reception every time you want to make cooler or warmer or even to turn it off. I have never, ever found this in a hotel. SPA is tiny and i ly open from 14:00 till 21:00. However the sauna is pretty cold. TV is not working properly, only a few channels are visible. Breakfast is a (sorrow) joke. Far away from the city and any kind of activity. All in all a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!"

Brand new building, modern and clean, large rooms, perfectly equiped for short/medium stays, great service. Great location, close to the huge beach, but also close to the main attractions and city center. Just two things are not fantastic: quite noisy and without dedicated parking places."

"We return to this boutique hotel every year with great pleasure. It is located in a historic building within a pedestrian area, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite on the 2nd floor and enjoyed a beautiful sea view. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is always warm and professional. To top it all off, the à la carte breakfast is fantastic and the service during breakfast is exceptional! A true 5-star experience !"

Food was simply brought to the table without any explanation – it was a case of "take it or leave it." The beach was completely covered in moldy seaweed that stank to high heaven. I can't understand how they can offer guests such a room. It was booked through GTA Touristik. I wonder if they don't check what they're booking."
