"An extremely disappointing and unsanitary stay. Mold in the bedroom and bathroom, dirty floors and grout, dirty air conditioning, dirty toilet, and excessive humidity. The balcony door doesn't lock, even though it's easily accessible, and the entire hotel was in the same state. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything. The day before our arrival, no solution was offered despite our health problems. We had to leave the establishment urgently. The hotel refunded part of the cost, but it's still insufficient. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment."
