"Booked late but was surprised with the unit. Queen bed plus sofa bed with full kitchen including fridge and stove with pots and dishes. Bathroom was large as well. Room was extremely clean. Bathroom shower had great pressure. Make for a very pleasant shower"

"A very special stay at a very special homestead! We stayed in the Stables Studio. A lovely spot, and very well equipped! Loved meeting Tom and his parents and they made us feel right at home. Highly recommend a stay here. If we are back in the area we will definitely return! And don’t forget the wool shop. It’s amazing!!"

"Back again - not a great deal of choice in little old Colac - locals like it quiet but the city has many things to offer if you want to look! Rooms were excellent for the period, though bathroom was recently upgraded and was very clean and comfortable. Beds and overall room size was excellent. Owner was friendly and I would recommend if you need to stay in Colac, don't go further than here!"

"What a great place. The reception was as nice as I ever experienced a motel reception. The Chinese lady was fantastic, she even boiled our eggs for us for the next morning. The room is very clean, the bed made perfect, the shower and toilet very good. The only remark I have is that the window fan in the bathroom is very noisy. Close to IGA is very convenient. Again, what a great place."

"If you are to experience the local rural accommodation environment in Australia, you can try it. The house is on the half slope, very quiet, there is a red rock attraction nearby to see the panoramic view is very beautiful. The shortcomings need to bring food and drink, the water is not clean, there is no WiFi"
