I dealt with Enrique and Renee and they were amazing so helpful and sweet. It was my first time in Oakland and they told me about all the amazing places to go see and vist. They were always making sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Definitely will return because of those two.

The hotel is very new, the decoration and facilities are well designed, and the services are in place. There is a spacious and bright public area on the second floor where you can drink tea and coffee for free, which is suitable for simple business meetings. It is walking distance from BART station, Amtrak train station, and Chinatown, which is very convenient. The only thing that needs to be considered is the surrounding safety issues. Because it is located in the city center and the city hall is right outside the window. There are many homeless people, so try to go out as little as possible at night.

Overall good, great value for money. There is no breakfast (additional charge), and parking is subject to an additional charge. Maybe the Chinese are not very used, others are ok. The transportation is also convenient.

Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again.

The room is very clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, good environment and decent service. It is also close to the airport, but an additional parking fee of 20 USD is charged per day.

Booked in a two-bedroom apartment suite, there are two rooms, each with a double bed and bathroom, a kitchen and living room in the middle, a microwave oven with a microwave oven, and a cup, plate and dishware. So I live in Auckland. It is convenient to drive the Auckland Bridge to San Francisco for two consecutive days. I found a Guilin rice noodle shop nearby in the evening, and it tastes so good! ! !

The room is not very big. Two people can sleep in one bed. A twin room would be too crowded. Fortunately, the hotel is relatively clean. There is no peculiar smell in the room. The WiFi signal is also good. I have no complaints about the price. It’s also cheap and has good reviews! ! ! !

The front desk guy (Indian guy) was extremely pleasant and warm. The security staff were very nice and helpful. The upgraded my room to a bigger room beside the felt I would be coming with more than two people. Wow. Very thoughtful. Overall great experience!!!

It was convenient on the airport side. The type of room was different from the reservation, but it changed as soon as I told it. The original room was convenient near the front desk, so I stayed without changing it, but I apologized for the drinks and snacks!
