"We had an excellent stay for the location and price. I forgot to print our concert tickets and staff went above and beyond to get the tickets printed for us. Due to traffic we were also running late not only did the tickets get printed fast, check in was fast. We will definitely be back in the future."

"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and spacious rooms. The lobby is modern and comfortable, and the front desk is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is available for $30 a day, and the service is excellent. Most hotels in downtown Asheville require a separate parking fee, ranging from $15 to $30. The hotel is located downtown, a 7-10 minute walk from the historic center. The famous Grove Acade is just three minutes away. If you're staying downtown, Indigo is a good option, and Ctrip offers slightly lower prices than other platforms."
