The hotel was conveniently located to the center of town so easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms were modern and clean with a well stocked fridge of beverages. They also provided a great continental breakfast to our doorstep!

Stayed here once before and decided to stay again to celebrate our wedding anniversary. While at check in the agent asked what brought us to town and we said our anniversary. When we got to our room there was a wonderful surprise waiting for us! Hotel is a perfect location downtown.

We have stayed at this one prior time and it was amazing. However, our second time was awful. It was so noisy, as they had a DJ upstairs vlasting music on a Sunday untol 10pm. It shook our room walls.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the well-stocked amenities. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring downtown Asheville.

The property is beautiful. Very well appointed rooms and common spaces. It is a stones throw away from anywhere you want to be in Ashville. The only criticisms I have are: 1. One of the nights we stayed there we got a call at 2 a.m. in the morning because someone called in a noise complaint. It wasnt us, we were fast asleep and the hotel stafff could have came up to check it out before waking someone out of deep sleep. The other complaint is that the shower wouldnt get hot enough, this is subjective but I feel like you should be able to choose as to how hot the water you shower with is

Attended the NYE Masquerade party. The event was great, the hotel decor and room were very nice. The hotel staff service, not so great. The hotel hosts a 5:00-6:00pm wine, charcuterie happy hour. No staff to attend charcuterie, wine cart upon arrival at 5:00pm. It was a pain to get club soda and coffee as when staff did arrive we were told they could not leave the cart. Cart was 10 feet from the bar. Understaffed and disorganized.
The coffee bar was closed our entire stay. Was unable to get coffee in lobby downstairs entire stay.
They advertise free breakfast. Was served cold bagels and unripe pears for two when they knew there were three people staying in room. Who eats cold bagels?
Requested champagne glasses to room from room service. Never arrived.
Lovely decor in hotel and room but their amenities and staff service left a lot to be desired especially when they jacked their price up for accommodation for New Years Eve.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in downtown Asheville. It is in a great location for eating and shopping. The staff is very friendly. Maybe because it is new (first year), there are some small kinks for the hotel to work out, given the price point. Overall, I would recommend it.

The front desk staff was exceptional, and the property is quite beautiful! Sophie was particularly helpful at the reception area. We attended a masquerade party, which had fantastic music, excellent staff and was nicely organized. We live locally but would certainly visit again.
