Find Hotels in Albuquerque

This was my 2nd stay within a month at a Drury hotel(Albuquerque and Las Cruces NM), and is the best I've experienced with a supportive but soft bed(what I would call Medium Firm) and soft, airy pillows, which is #1 for me when I travel. The rooms are always clean and no smoke smells anywhere. The only thing I would like to see change is replace those 50-year old design noisy in-room air conditioners with a modern mini split unit with real air filtration. In a post-covid world, the future is hotels that are clean and bio-safe.

We have stayed at Holiday Inns all over and have never had an experience like this. The first elevator had a water leak and the other elevator was a tiny closet with LED lights that were flickering on and off. The room smelled like mildew, the lights in the bathroom didn’t match each other(cool and warm) and one light was out. The shower had a big moldy spot on the ceiling and some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Others felt like they would crack any second as they rocked. The bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED I HAVE SLEPT IN! Or not slept in. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress, though I confirmed it was indeed a (terrible) mattress. There were no hotel rooms to move to at this hotel or any other because the balloon festival was going on all week. We shortened our stay and left. For the huge amount of money we spent to stay there we should have been sleeping in luxury and cleanliness. Would not recommend this property!

Bella and Sonya made our trip extra special. We went out for the Balloon Fiesta. Folks at the front desk did everything they could to make sure we had a view of the balloons. If you can't see the balloons from your room go to one of the large windows at the end of the corridor near the rooms in the 20's. Try to get one of the rooms that are painted by a local artist.

Can pick up and drop off, very close to the airport, free breakfast, great swimming pool, but unfortunately there is no swimsuit, the environment is very good, very nice! Choose directly! Very cost-effective!

I honestly do not have any complaints about my stay. In fact, quite the opposite. From making the reservation, to the check-in/out process and everything in between, it was a great experience. The room was very clean, the price was extremely affordable and the staff was beyond professional, kind, courteous and willing to go above and beyond, especially a manager named Tony. Tony made us feel welcome and as if we were a part of the Hilton family. I have no doubts that is will be our go-to hotel EVERY time we visit Albuquerque.

The hotel and ****** staff are very nice and kind too all its patrons. Ms. Theresa Juancho was very nice and friendly. She is a great front desk associate specialist that works at Isleta Hotel. She makes you feel like a family friend rather than just a hotel guest. She is very accommodating, courteous and kind to all guests at the hotel. She always goes above and beyond anyone's customer service expectations. She always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. You will enjoy your stay here at this hotel. He is very careful with your luggage and accommodating at all levels of service. He always goes above and beyond your customer service expectations. He always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. He is very honest and trustworthy, as well. Joey at valet was very nice and accommodating. He handles your luggage with care, as well. He is very nice and friendly. He goes above and beyond, as well. Victor the head of valet was very kind and courteous. He asked me if I had been treated well by his valet attendants. He was very thorough and efficient. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations, as well. Victor gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. Jordan at the players club was very nice and accommodating. He assisted me with the free gift at the players club. It is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Albuquerque. The amenities are very nice, the construction of the hotel is very beautiful. The grounds and ****** were very nice. However, the music in the ****** was just a bit too loud. Heard someone else complain about that too. The hotel room was quiet, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Nice touches all around.
