"Wonderful stay! The room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely view over the small river, a huge comfortable bed, and even a bathtub — such a treat after a long day. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the street food market and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that we could store our bicycles safely in the lobby. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even better. We felt very comfortable here and would happily recommend it!"

"Upon checking in and entering the courtyard, I was greeted by a beautiful flower wall rest area, very artistic. The courtyard was lush with greenery, creating a very pleasant environment. Strolling around and sitting there was quite relaxing; I spent quite a while there and loved it. The hotel's location is also very convenient, surrounded by numerous attractions and easy to get to. There's a food street right outside, and even going out for a stroll couldn't resist the temptation of delicious food! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the free washing machine was very clean. The receptionist said it's regularly and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, so you can use it with peace of mind. The room's decor was youthful and modern, the surroundings were quiet, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the hot water came quickly, so I slept soundly. The hotel lobby also offers free Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) experiences, but unfortunately, I didn't have time this time. Next time, I'll definitely stay a couple more days!"

"The overall stay experience on the first day was good, but the subsequent stay experience needs to be improved. First, after successfully placing an order to extend your stay in the original room, the order shows that you can extend your stay in the original room, but when you check in at the front desk, you are informed that there is a system problem and you cannot extend your stay in the original room and there is no same room type. Secondly, when waiting for the room to be adjusted, the front desk staff was obviously not familiar with the business. The problem was not solved after waiting for a long time. Later, another front desk staff member handled it and gave us the lowest room type, but there was no apology and no room upgrade. Thirdly, the room we were given was not clean enough. There was a lot of dander on the floor. We called the cleaning staff and they said it was a problem with the carpet and only dealt with it briefly."

"Excellent hotel in a peaceful locale. room was superb, clean & well furnished with wonderful view of the lake, so nice that i didn’t want to leave my room. Staff were professional helpful & very kind. Location is somewhat out of the way, but only ten minutes by car to Yiren Old Town. overall a great hotel for relaxation. Suggestions for management is to add chain lock to front door & coffee machine for breakfast"
