Cleanliness: The cleanliness was okay for a newly opened hotel. Environment: So-so. Service: We arrived around 2 PM, and neither of the two rooms we booked together had been cleaned yet. We waited in the lobby for half an hour, and they still hadn't arranged for us to share a room. Also, the chubby woman at the front desk was very unprofessional and even took our ID cards. For a price of over 200 yuan in Chuxiong, breakfast wasn't included, and they charged an extra 50 yuan for two breakfasts! ^_^"

Even in the wee small hours of the morning, they greeted every single guest with the exact same high energy. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the place was immaculate—absolutely spick and span.Three areas that warmed my heart: As we were on a long trip, having access to a proper laundry room to wash, dry, and iron our clothes was fantastic. The staff also gave brilliant recommendations for the immediate neighbourhood and wider points of interest around Chuxiong. On top of that, our tummies were warmed first thing in the morning by the heavenly, scrumptious breakfast. The rice porridge, in particular, was exceptional—as we are Cantonese, it truly felt like a beautiful nod to our heritage.The hotel is conveniently located by the roadside, featuring spacious rooms and extremely quiet surroundings, whilst remaining just a stone's throw from the old town. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel in a heartbeat. "Our review is a bit late! The parking at Xi Yue Hotel is clearly marked and convenient, right at the entrance, and there's also an underground garage. We were greeted by Youyou and her colleague on duty; check-in was quick, and they were especially attentive to us seniors, even helping us with our luggage. Xi Yue Hotel was a delightful surprise on our trip. The loft rooms have ceilings comparable to villas, with two spacious floors, each with a bathroom and well-designed partitions. There's also a balcony and terrace where you can enjoy tea, and the breakfast was very generous. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we forgot something, they contacted us promptly and assisted with mailing it back. 👍 Because of our excellent experience, we even extended our stay for another night, spending four days and three nights in Chuxiong. This wonderful hotel and the lovely staff will definitely make us want to return to Chuxiong for our next vacation."

The hotel has an underground parking lot with plenty of spaces, making it ideal for road trips. The front desk staff are very polite and patient. There is a night market street at the door (the fruits opposite are super cheap, still calculated by kilogram) and a river. 4. The room is very clean, and there is ice cream. The baby likes it very much. The breakfast is also very rich. 5. There is an independent gym and laundry room, and all the staff are very welcoming. 6. The hotel has 3 charging piles, which is quite convenient for people like me who drive trams. In short: this hotel is very cost-effective at just over 200 yuan. Highly recommended!"
