It’s difficult to find as it’s on the 8th to 10th floors of a big shopping centre and there’s only one pathetic name plate on the outside almost impossible to spot. Room was old fashioned with no sockets by the side of the beds and the communal corridor smelled bad. It was more a business/function hotel but fine for one night. We didn’t take breakfast and it looked a bit sad."

It was heartwarming that there is a hand written welcoming letter in japanese on the table inside the room. The little duck inside the washroom is so cute. The room size can open up a 24 inch luggage yet still free to walk around. I was here to watch a concert at the venue nearby. It’s convenient to just place my luggage at the hotel and walk to the concert venue."

"Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and apparently you have to call and inquire directly if you want to secure a spot. I checked the "parking needed" option in the additional items on Trip.com, but that alone wasn't enough to get a reservation. However, there's a coin-operated parking lot nearby, so I used that and it wasn't a problem. It's great that it's cheap to stay there since I only needed a place to sleep!"

"The location was fantastic, right near the station. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were all so welcoming, it felt like coming home. They even held our car before check-in, allowing us to complete the check-in process in advance for a smooth return. Such kind service! You can choose your shampoo and pillow, and they offer iron and curling iron rentals – it's perfect for women! Bottled water and pastries are free, and breakfast is included (though it's not served at the hotel). The Jonathan's breakfast set was delicious and satisfying. Plus, you can choose from four different options! I recommend the Japanese set meal. Check-out is at 11 am, which was perfect for us late risers. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!"
