"Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and apparently you have to call and inquire directly if you want to secure a spot. I checked the "parking needed" option in the additional items on Trip.com, but that alone wasn't enough to get a reservation. However, there's a coin-operated parking lot nearby, so I used that and it wasn't a problem. It's great that it's cheap to stay there since I only needed a place to sleep!"

"Great location, Downstairs of the hotel is the Parco department store, and in the basement is the bus terminal for Haneda Airport. Walk for 30 seconds and you will reach the central exit of Chofu Station. You can take the Keio Line express train out of Shinjuku Station in 20-30 minutes. There are also many restaurants and department stores around. The environment is very clean, the service staff is very polite, The only problem is that the Wi-Fi reception is poor, so it is basically useless. The others are also very good!"

The cleaning was also thorough."

"The room is small, the breakfast is average, and there are not enough parking spaces. When I arrived, I was asked if I had made a reservation. It turned out that I had to make a reservation by phone or on the hotel's official website. It was useless to make a reservation through trip.com. Fortunately, there was a parking lot nearby. I parked at around 6pm until around 10am the next morning, and it cost 1900 yen."
