"The room is small, the breakfast is average, and there are not enough parking spaces. When I arrived, I was asked if I had made a reservation. It turned out that I had to make a reservation by phone or on the hotel's official website. It was useless to make a reservation through trip.com. Fortunately, there was a parking lot nearby. I parked at around 6pm until around 10am the next morning, and it cost 1900 yen."

"The service is great. Although the front counter do not speak English fluently but the communication has no issue. I could do luggage storage on the day checking out until late night (same day). It was heartwarming that there is a hand written welcoming letter in japanese on the table inside the room. The little duck inside the washroom is so cute. The room size can open up a 24 inch luggage yet still free to walk around. I was here to watch a concert at the venue nearby. It’s convenient to just place my luggage at the hotel and walk to the concert venue."

He spoke to me without looking at me so I didn't really understand what he was saying, and his way of speaking also made me seem like he was looking down on people. I don't think he realized it himself, but I don't think he's cut out for the service industry."
