The toiletries were from Shang Xia, a premium brand, showcasing the attention to detail and quality. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, served until 1 PM, which is an absolute godsend for late sleepers. And the late-night snack bar when you return after hours? A true gem! Dan Dan noodles, spicy wontons, freshly fried crispy pork, warm Guokui… so many options it was hard to choose. During afternoon tea, the handmade mung bean cakes, with their flaky crust and soft filling, paired perfectly with a cup of hot tea. But what truly makes me want to return again and again is the front desk staff's consistently warm and welcoming smiles. From the thoughtful guidance during check-in to remembering my preferences when we met daily, every interaction told me that this isn't just a room; it's a sanctuary that understands all your little needs. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a very restful sleep. The staff were warm and polite, and the check-in and check-out process was very efficient; any requests were promptly addressed. The public areas and restaurant were very clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Both the facilities and services are top-notch, offering great value for money. It's perfect for both travel and longer stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!
