The environment was great, and we even got a room upgrade. It was also very convenient to take a walk along the riverside. The breakfast was delicious, the service was warm and friendly, and the cleanliness was also good. The only minor drawback is that the sofas in the entire Joy series are not very comfortable, and some room types don't even have a sofa.

The facilities are top-notch and really well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Plus, the location is super convenient for transport and dining. Xiao Hai at the front desk was absolutely amazing – impeccable service from check-in to check-out! Hope the hotel keeps up the great work!

The cleaning staff were very friendly and the front desk was very helpful. The room was super clean and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent. Highly recommend! The breakfast selection was also quite rich, with both Western and Chinese options to choose from, or you could have it delivered to your room. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many delicious Japanese restaurants in the basement of Takashimaya, right next to a Japanese supermarket.

The hotel's interior is very modern with new facilities and a large mirror. My check-in experience was great. The best part was the restaurant – delicious food and a beautiful ambiance. I especially loved the noodles! The toppings were fantastic. However, the hotel's cleanliness in some details could be improved. The King Koil mattress, which they boast about, felt rather ordinary. Comfortable, but not amazing. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot despite being right next to Liucheng New World, with plenty of great food and drink options nearby. The minibar is refreshed daily with a good variety of drinks.

The moment I walked in, I was immediately struck by the impeccable cleanliness – the room was spotless, and even the air felt fresh. The toiletries were from Shang Xia, a premium brand, showcasing the attention to detail and quality. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, served until 1 PM, which is an absolute godsend for late sleepers. And the late-night snack bar when you return after hours? A true gem! Dan Dan noodles, spicy wontons, freshly fried crispy pork, warm Guokui… so many options it was hard to choose. During afternoon tea, the handmade mung bean cakes, with their flaky crust and soft filling, paired perfectly with a cup of hot tea. But what truly makes me want to return again and again is the front desk staff's consistently warm and welcoming smiles. From the thoughtful guidance during check-in to remembering my preferences when we met daily, every interaction told me that this isn't just a room; it's a sanctuary that understands all your little needs. Highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates details and warmth!

Five out of five stars, highly recommended! My overall experience at the Chengdu Gaoxin Xiyue Hotel was outstanding. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a very restful sleep. The staff were warm and polite, and the check-in and check-out process was very efficient; any requests were promptly addressed. The public areas and restaurant were very clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Both the facilities and services are top-notch, offering great value for money. It's perfect for both travel and longer stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The service was excellent. When I requested a memory foam pillow in the middle of the night, they were very quick. The room was newly renovated, and I slept really well. The air conditioning was very powerful.

The breakfast congee was good for the stomach. It was very quiet during the weekdays, and while the variety wasn't huge, the food was decent. The honey was delicious and you could even take some with you. It's great to have on hand when traveling, especially if you have a sore throat – a cup can help with dryness and clear your lungs.
