The location isn't the most convenient - a bit tricky to find and out of the way compared to other spots in Lujiazui, so plan for extra travel time. That said, everything else made up for it. The service was excellent throughout attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to requests. What really stood out was the robot food delivery - it was such a fun, efficient touch bringing dishes straight to the table, and it made the whole dining experience feel modern and smooth. Would come back despite the location hassle, just for the service

This is probably my fourth time staying here, and it's always my first choice whenever I visit Shanghai. The experience was great as usual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; when I realized the air conditioning was blowing directly on me in the middle of the night and making me uncomfortable, they immediately helped me switch to a new room. The gym is well-equipped and clean, and breakfast was quite good. One morning, the air conditioning in the restaurant seemed to be broken, and it was very hot on the top floor, which affected the dining experience, but overall it was still acceptable. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and comprehensive facilities. Shopping, dining, and numerous shops are all just a stone's throw away. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and quite delicious. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located right by Zhouqiao Old Street, very easy to find. Across the road are Huilongtan Park and Jiading Confucius Temple, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiading Museum and Qiuxia Garden. We had breakfast and then spent the morning exploring the free attractions nearby – the location is truly excellent.

Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was new and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly roomy. It would have been perfect if there was a bathtub by the window! When we checked out, we were even given coffee as a farewell gift. A big thank you to the handsome Xiao Shao!

The hotel has a courtyard and a long corridor, which I believe are preserved from the original old building. There's also a citron tree in the courtyard with many fruits. In the morning, I saw a pile of what looked like fallen fruits in the restaurant.

My stay at Xiyue Hotel during this trip to Chengdu was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient, whether by subway or taxi. It's also within walking distance to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, with a plethora of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming, showing a great service mindset. The breakfast hours are very flexible, extending until 1 PM, which was a huge plus. The hotel also offers late-night snacks, and their local specialties like Dandan noodles and spicy and sour wontons were delicious. The room details were excellent, featuring products from Hermès' Shang Xia brand, adding a touch of elegance. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. This hotel is suitable for both leisure and business travelers, and I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Chengdu.

My stay at the Chengdu Hi-tech Xiyue Hotel during the May Day holiday was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient for getting around, and the environment is clean and quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. The room was tidy and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure too. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the cleaning staff were very considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I was very satisfied with my holiday stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll choose it again next time.

The service was excellent. When I requested a memory foam pillow in the middle of the night, they were very quick. The room was newly renovated, and I slept really well. The air conditioning was very powerful.

Hygienics: Visibly clean.

Service: Fantastic.

Facilities: Newly renovated in a Song Dynasty style, very elegant, simple, and refined.

The breakfast congee was good for the stomach. It was very quiet during the weekdays, and while the variety wasn't huge, the food was decent. The honey was delicious and you could even take some with you. It's great to have on hand when traveling, especially if you have a sore throat – a cup can help with dryness and clear your lungs.
