I chose Xiyue for New Year's Eve this year, my first stay, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Absolutely fantastic! I checked in with my 15-month-old baby, and I had called ahead to request a crib barrier, which was already set up when we arrived – a big thank you for that! My favorite feature was the island counter design. Since I often need to prepare formula and fruit for the baby, having the island was incredibly convenient. Plus, I could always keep an eye on the baby while getting ready. The best part was the river view room we were assigned; the scenery was truly beautiful. Every morning, my child would wake up, drink milk while looking out at the Huangpu River, and just sit there watching the river flow by.

**Facilities:** The facilities are very new! My only minor complaint is that the toilet seat was a bit high, which I suspect is due to a heated toilet seat being installed later.

**Service:** The service was excellent and very warm-hearted.

I have to specifically mention the breakfast; it was really delicious with a wide variety of options that changed over our three-day stay. I highly recommend the beef rice noodles!!

I'll definitely be back with my child next time~

I really liked it. The check-in/check-out times were flexibly accommodated to suit the customer's needs, depending on room availability. It really helped alleviate my fatigue. It was also great that food delivery came right to the door. The environment was clean, and the room layout was good and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that the pillow was a bit too high; I wonder if they would have provided a different one if I had asked a staff member. I was too tired this time, so I just slept with it as it was.

Overall, the place is very clean, and the service was excellent – a big shoutout to Xiao Gao! 👍 They even provided a separate toothbrush and toothpaste set for my child. The room itself was elegant, complete with a tea set, and there was a complimentary book written by the owner. It created a lovely atmosphere for reading and enjoying some tea.

The breakfast area could use some improvement, though.

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.

My stay at the Xi Yue Hotel in Taikoo Li during my Chengdu trip was fantastic overall, and I'd love to share a few small details that really stood out.

First, a huge thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade! The room I originally booked was already great, but the upgraded room offered a noticeable improvement in space and comfort.

Secondly, and even more so, I'm grateful for the air cooler the hotel provided! Honestly, the heating after a full day was unbearable. I mentioned the issue to the front desk, and to my surprise, they quickly arranged an air cooler for me. This small gesture made a huge difference! The air cooler's airflow was very gentle, not like the direct blast of an air conditioner. Running it at night provided a continuous, gentle coolness that allowed me to sleep soundly in the warm weather, and this thoughtful service deeply touched me.

The upgraded room was also more spacious with a better view, allowing me to enjoy Chengdu's nightscape even more comfortably.

This kind of surprise upgrade really made me feel valued and welcome, showing excellent attention to service details.

Additionally, the hotel front desk staff were incredibly warm-hearted! They brought me three adorable panda dolls, instantly filling my room with a playful charm and delightful surprise. This small gift not only showcased the hotel's thoughtfulness but also added a special warmth to my memories of this Chengdu trip. Beyond these points, the hotel's location is a big plus. It's within walking distance to Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for shopping and enjoying local cuisine. The hotel's interior design is very stylish, and the staff are all highly professional and enthusiastic, making you feel right at home. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with this stay, and the Xi Yue Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Chengdu!

My holiday stay was absolutely perfect! The service was efficient and welcoming, the room was meticulously detailed, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I didn't feel any back pain after a night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and there was no odor. Even the mouthwash cup was disinfected and had no drying marks. The dining was amazing. The freshly cooked dandan noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the fruits and vegetables were fresh. The location is also perfect, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to attractions. Free parking is also very convenient. From the amenities to the service, I couldn't fault a single thing. It truly deserves its five-star rating!

Repeat trip with JOYA Hotel, great location, great services. Great hospitality and nice staff especially Ms. 文吉. Requested late check out also happily provided for us. Robot for delivered of take away food and package. 
Will choose to stay JOYA chain hotel again next time visit to China.
