Four Points Properties in Chengdu

I stayed here for one night and checked out today. The room facilities are pretty good, very clean, and the environment is also great. The hotel is right next to Chunxi Road, so it's super convenient for shopping and dining. There are many night markets nearby, and no matter which direction you go, you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. The lobby on the first floor has a particularly pleasant fragrance, and as soon as you walk in, you'll see four robots, lining up at night to deliver takeaways. My reservation even came with a craft beer, which was nice for a nightcap – though it was just one, it was super big, enough to share with a friend. There's a pool table on the first floor and a laundry room on the 28th floor, which is very convenient for travelers to wash clothes, and you can even dry them and take them with you the same day. The hotel provides free laundry detergent, so you don't need to spend money. The mini-fridge in the room also has drinks, with four free bottles. There's a Bluetooth speaker next to the bedside table for playing music. I really have to praise the mattress – it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, not too soft, not too hard, with great support. The pillows are also very soft, just how I like them, though we also requested a latex pillow, which was also very good. I slept very soundly. There isn't much of a view during the day, but the night view is beautiful. The room size is also decent; it's a bit smaller compared to some hotels I've stayed in before, but most hotels in the city center have similar sizes, and larger rooms usually cost more. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM on the 45th floor. It would be even better if it started a bit earlier, like 6:30 AM, so we could eat earlier if we're in a hurry to go to the Panda Base. The breakfast selection is alright, pretty standard – not amazing but enough to eat and fill you up. The hotel's overall decor style is very unique, and the restaurant decor has a great vibe. The room lighting isn't super bright, but I personally found it quite nice. The lobby on the first floor also has a very high-end feel, which is to be expected since it's a newly opened hotel. The price of over 600 RMB for a city center location is quite fair.

This was our first trip to Chengdu with the kids, and I really want to thank the hotel staff – every single one of them was warm, welcoming, and patient. The hotel lobby is a bit small, but the decor style is very unique, and the furnishings in the room are absolutely top-notch, with high-quality materials used throughout! I also have to mention the hotel breakfast; it was my first time trying Chengdu Dan Dan noodles, and I absolutely loved them – they were freshly prepared by a chef, and I had them for two days straight. I heard that you have to try KaoJiang when you come to Chengdu, and the front desk recommended the Joy City mall, so I took my parents there, and it was excellent. Chengdu's subway is truly fantastic, with very wide coverage and super convenient. We visited the Chengdu Museum and Tianfu Park, both easily accessible by subway – quick, easy, and no motion sickness! Chengdu really is a wonderful city to live in, and the April weather was so comfortable; I've already fallen in love with it. I highly recommend everyone to visit. If you're traveling with elderly people or children, I suggest avoiding hotels in the city center. Instead, choose a hotel like this one that's closer to the airport but has direct subway access to both the airport and the city center. It makes arrival hassle-free, offers the reliability of the Marriott brand, and provides a peaceful and comfortable environment. Plus, there are parks and a lake nearby for relaxing walks – that's what a vacation should be!

OMG, this stay was incredibly comfortable, I have to rave about it! I just booked it randomly, but when I arrived, it completely exceeded my expectations, haha! The location is absolutely fantastic. Just a short walk downstairs and you'll find plenty of food and shopping. It was super convenient to order takeout or go out for a late-night snack when we came back in the evening. Taxis were also readily available. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how clean it was! Seriously clean! The bedding felt soft and didn't have that stale, old smell. Even the corners, like the walls and nightstands, were sparkling clean. We booked a suite, and the most pleasant surprise was the separate zones! The bedroom was exclusively for sleeping, and the living room was very spacious – our suitcases could be opened up without feeling cramped at all. Our family could also relax and chat in the living room. The hotel is smoke-free, and we didn't smell any smoke throughout our stay, which was a huge plus for my family. The Wi-Fi required verification, but once connected, streaming videos and looking up tourist information was smooth. Hot water came out quickly. I asked the front desk for a children's bathrobe, and it was delivered very promptly. The room was quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a full day of exploring. Overall, the value for money was truly a pleasant surprise. Next time we visit, we'll definitely choose this hotel again!
