"The room for two (husband with wife) beds only separate. The third floor - there is no elevator. In addition, there were some gastarbaiters and screamed in the shower (which was on the floor) - there was a terrible smell - not to wash. "Very good room, delighted with the clock in the portrait of Chekhov, generally for the first time I see the wall clock in the hotel, very convenient. Also surprised by “Alice”, although we didn't use it, but someone might be useful,. The room is perfectly clean, bed linen white. If I still come, I will leave it there."

"My husband and I were there on 06.01.25 - we needed to spend the night. It would have been better to spend the night at the train station - the receptionist named Yulia was so rude. She didn't even respond to our greetings and Christmas greetings. She acted as if we had come to her home. She put us in a room specifically so that we would be woken up by a tractor that was clearing snow early in the morning. There aren't even any dressing gowns for the price of 5 thousand for one night. The towels are grey. Disgusting. I don't recommend it."
