"This hotel is incredibly beautiful, with a rich and amazing atmosphere! It's located on one of the most stunning beaches, Kendwa Beach! We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms are all clean and lovely, with everything you need, including air conditioning, so you won't be hot! Housekeeping is daily, and the hotel grounds are huge, with lots of plants and walking areas. The large restaurant serves incredibly delicious food! In the morning, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast with a huge variety of incredibly tasty dishes. In the evenings, the restaurant prepares amazing meals! My recommendation is to try their fish of the day and BBQ shrimp, as well as the Idaho rolls – absolutely delicious! Every evening, dinner is accompanied by some kind of show, performance, songs, or dancing! This really adds to the wonderful atmosphere of the place! The hotel has direct access to the beach, which is incredibly convenient! There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, enough for all guests. The hotel is perfect for those who love a quiet and peaceful vacation, as everything here is designed for guests' comfort. They also congratulated us on a holiday, which was very touching and pleasant! A huge thank you to the hotel for their work and hospitality! We will definitely come back here again!"

"After a safari, we spent a few days relaxing in Zanzibar, and this hotel definitely has its pros and cons. Pros: 1. All-inclusive package. You can pretty much eat at any of the 4 restaurants and 5 bars. There's also a free gelato shop and the minibar is complimentary. 2. The food is decent. Jua Grill is highly recommended, the food there is excellent. Unfortunately, when we wanted to order lobster for a second round, it was already sold out. The Asian buffet and the à la carte options at the main restaurant are also good. 3. The ocean water is fantastic, and you can see the private island across the way. Cons: 1. The staff's service attitude is inconsistent; some are great, while others... not so much. 2. Although the hotel has a private beach, it's a popular spot for dolphin tours. This means there are a lot of beach boys trying to sell things on the sand, which isn't ideal for introverts like me. 3. I'm not sure if it's because it's by the sea, but the bedding always seemed to have a faint smell."

"Although the Kasha Hotel is not big overall, there are some, the rooms and infinity pools are very good, the hotel butler is very good, and the price is only 1700 for one night. Sangdao and Seychelles are really cheaper than it is."

Key issues: • Our booked seafront suite was unavailable on the first night due to overbooking (later cited as maintenance), and we were placed in a family house with unused amenities like a kitchen and extra rooms. • Service was lacking: staff were friendly but unhelpful. One left us at the buffet without seating us, and another failed to explain the substitute accommodation’s facilities. Shower gel was missing on the first night. Positives include: • Beautiful seafront suite and restaurant. • Large swimming pool with a scenic view and an enjoyable coached workout session. • Varied breakfast and dinner options. • Manager Maurine was helpful, though she seemed the only one resolving issues. Overall, poor service significantly diminished the experience, falling below 5-star expectations."

"За свои деньги - хороший отель. Видно, что он не новый, подмазанный-подкрашенный, но в целом его чистота и шикарное местоположение перекрывают недостатки. Персонал вежливый, готовый помочь. Единственное, очень громкие и неуклюжие девочки, которые убирают номера. Слышимость хорошая, а они в 7 утра начинают громко смеяться, болтать и двигать мебель, когда в соседнем номере уехали гости. Жаловалась на них. Завтрак неплохой. Супер разнообразия нет, но всё свежее вкусное, для европейцев. Пляж и океан выше всяких похвал. Ради них и стоит ехать. Отливы есть, но совсем небольшие, 3 метра уходит вода, они никак не мешают купаться весь день. Глубина уходит вниз не резко, но там не лягушатник, чуть отплыл и уже дна не чувствуешь. Да, есть приставучие бич бои, но их просто надо игнорить. В мой отдых вообще каждый день приезжала полиция и гоняла их. Много водных развлечений на пляже. Пляж чистый, водорослей или нет совсем или чуть-чуть. Из минусов - лежаки. Они старые деревянные и видно что самодельные. У части лежаков нет возможности поднять/опустить спинку. Матрасы на лежаки выдают отдельно. Лежаки двигать нельзя. Если вы хотите полежать на солнце (а лежаки стоят под навесами из пальмовых листьев), то просто надо брать с лежака матрас и идти лежать на нем на песке. Номера неплохие. У меня был стандартный. Есть утюг с гладильной доской, сейф, фен, чайник с чашками, 2 бутылки воды 0.5 л каждый день, шампунь и гель для душа. Кондей работал исправно, вода горячая из водонагревателя (но у них везде так), напор хороший. Ресторан в отеле работает весь день. Меню не сильно богатое, но готовят вкусно, порции большие. Меню бара разнообразное. Цены средние. Бургер с картошкой фри 10-15 долл. Паста 10-15 долл. Мясо 15-25 долл. Салаты 10-15 долл. За пределами отеля в ресторанах цены примерно такие же. По средам у них вечер барбекю на пляже. По воскресениям караоке. Какой-то явной анимации нет, как в Турецких отелях. Но на Занзибаре надо наслаждаться пляжем и океаном. Кароче, я довольна и приехала бы ещё."

"Très agréable séjour au Diamonds Mapenzi Beach. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est vraiment sympathique et agréable, avec une belle atmosphère qui permet de bien profiter du séjour. J’ai également été agréablement surprise par la qualité de la nourriture, qui est très bonne et variée. Le personnel est dans l’ensemble très gentil, souriant et attentionné. Mention spéciale au spa, où j’ai passé un très bon moment. J’ai notamment été prise en charge par Amina et Zeina, qui ont été adorables, professionnelles et particulièrement attentionnées. Elles ont vraiment contribué à rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Une belle adresse pour profiter de Zanzibar dans une ambiance chaleureuse et reposante 🌴✨"

"Amazing stay! I wished I had found this place before my previous booking. A mistake in my arrival date forced me to look around the area to find another hotel when I found Amaan hotels. Best choice ever! Great service, location right by the beach, breakfast buffet was a feast and the rooms have all you need after a day by the beach and pool. I would definitely choose this hotel again!! Perfect for all types of travellers!!"

We loved the stunning beach with its crystal-clear waters and the lush greenery surrounding the property. What impressed us most was how the resort consistently maintained a high standard in every aspect of our stay. The food was consistently excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering a great variety of high-quality, flavourful dishes made from fresh ingredients. The service from the staff was outstanding. The entire Zuri team delivered impeccable hospitality. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. "Lacation-top! The view from the room is amazing, the room is very large with a lot of storage spaces, which is very convenient. The interior itself is certainly quite specific, well or authentic:) service is medium, no one is frankly philonite, but not tense. The room was cleaned well. The bed is tough, but it seems that on the tanzibar is mostly such. Breakfasts - will go. Not wau, but you will not remain hungry. The idea of the kitchen and food is straight Zanzibar: hot and OK😄 so much don't wait. There is a swimming pool and a very green area of aki mini-jungle, but everything is a little underrun, No one is frowned about purity and accuracy. Everything in such a natural form where the sheet fell, there and lay. The branch was broken from the tree? Its its problems 😄 It feels that it works here and runs the hotel purely local, in general without understanding some world practice about Hotel business. In general, I think it is for the best. "It was a great trip, especially with a few good friends. Although there was no opposite sex, it did not affect our enjoyment of life and emotional release! The hotel is really perfect, with complete facilities, pleasant environment, and all three meals in the restaurant are well arranged. It was also a romantic party... Walking along the white beach in the morning and evening, riding a motorboat with the sunset... Perfect! Next time, I can really bring my family to Sang Island for a trip. It is hospitable and the scenery is pleasant! If you don't want to step on the pit of the hotel, come here!"
