"I was impressed by the value for money. The mini-bar was free, and the breakfast in the restaurant offered a good variety. The in-room amenities were good, but the water heater didn't work very well around 10-11 PM, though it was fine in the morning. There's a pool and fitness center available. As for the staff, the young male front desk attendant during check-in was excellent – very polite and courteous, perfect for a front-facing role. However, the slightly older male staff member during check-out didn't offer any thanks or invite us to stay again, just took the key and said nothing. On the day we stayed, there was some kind of seminar or training, and parking was insufficient. It would be better to prioritize parking for hotel guests rather than event attendees. If the doorman greeted guests with a 'hello' or 'welcome, have a safe trip,' this hotel would be perfect."
