"The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 20-minute Grab ride from Khon Kaen Airport. The hotel decor features local Khon Kaen characteristics (dinosaurs and yukatas), and the terrace offers a panoramic view of the city, with a stunning nightscape. The breakfast is abundant, and there are other restaurants and bars within the hotel, so even if the weather is bad, you can still enjoy good food and facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel generally feels clean and comfortable."

"I've stayed here probably 3-4 times. It's quite convenient when traveling with elderly people. There's a dining counter with chairs, which is great because some in our group can't sit on the floor. The amenities are complete – a fridge and microwave, very convenient. The bathroom is clean. Sharing the cost at 700-800 baht per person is good value. The breakfast is delicious with many options and a coffee machine. There's a big TV with Netflix, but I'm not sure if it's in every room."

"Pros Nice room, new building, very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows (2 per person). The bathroom is clean. I stayed on the 5th floor and the water pressure was strong. There’s sufficient parking space. The staff are polite and friendly, and the bellboy is very kind. A 7-Eleven is nearby. The price is reasonable and good value for money. Cons - It’s a bit far from the city center compared to other hotels. - There is a smart TV, but it couldn’t connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, so I had to use my own hotspot to watch Netflix 😂 Overall I was very impressed, and if I visit this province again, I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great, in the heart of the city. There is a Shopping mall 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The gym is great for a good workout. They should offer water. The rooms are ok, mine has no good view. There are no electrical plugs by the bed. There is no free bottled water in the room. I did not enjoy breakfast, too much pasta, rice and boiled saussages and not quality dishes. The pool is nice for a short swim."

"I was impressed that the hotel is new and located within the same compound as Central Khon Kaen Campus mall. It's also close to Srinagarind Hospital and Khon Kaen University. I was also impressed with the in-room facilities. The bed and mattress were quite good, providing a comfortable sleep. A hairdryer is provided, and there's a smart TV. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is excellent. However, the shower has a frosted glass door, making it quite visible inside, which is suitable for couples. But if you're staying with friends or family, it might not be very appropriate or convenient. Regarding the toilet, on the day of check-in, the hotel hadn't cleaned it properly. I found red marks resembling bloodstains (as shown in the accompanying picture), which made me quite concerned on the first night since I noticed the stains quite late. The next morning, I informed the staff. The female staff member at the counter only took a picture as evidence and said they would have housekeeping clean it, but she didn't seem to show much concern for the problem or the customer's feelings (acting as if it was normal, just clean it if it's not clean, and a brief apology). Honestly, I expected a more attentive resolution. In fact, I wanted to change rooms (but I personally don't like to make a fuss, so I let it go). Another point that left a negative impression is that I felt the reception staff here are not yet professional and are not good at handling unexpected situations. Especially one female staff member who spoke to customers quite brusquely, using emotions when talking to guests, and lacking service-mindedness. This contradicts the image of a hotel managed by a famous chain, as one reason I chose to stay here was my confidence in the brand."

"Also this hotel decorated classic style but everything good , good location close to minimart, Market, Night Market, Convenient from Airport and bus station, Sleeping well quality, pillows, bed , amenities all well , Breakfast both Thai style, boiled rice, and American breakfast, with special Vietnamese bread and egg pan , delicious and hygienic foods,, if you looking for a hotel in Khon Kaen city center, this hotel is a good choice to select."

"The location is superb, less than 100m to 7-11. TheGolden Jubilew Hall nigjt mraket is just across the road and the Bloc62 and Gangnight markets are also few minute drive away. The room is spacious the satff is beyond expectation."
