"The hotel is not far from the ancient city, enjoying a large plot of land at the foot of the mountain. It's away from the hustle and bustle, quiet and comfortable. The room is a one-bedroom, one-living room suite with a small patio. The layout is well-designed. While the room itself isn't huge, the living room and patio are perfect for friends to relax and chat. The facilities are complete and very clean, and there's even an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"I followed the hype and stayed for one night. It was a good experience. The hotel staff were generally quick to respond and polite (provided you communicate in English). Buggy service was also pretty prompt, no long waits. The mattress was the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed at in AlUla this trip. For dinner, I had the Red Sea catch of the day, which was seabass. The texture felt a bit soft and cotton-like; I'm not sure if that's typical for fish from the Red Sea, as it tasted different elsewhere, but it didn't seem old. The restaurant manager, Joshua, saw I was from East Asia and proactively wished me 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' (Happy New Year) and even offered a complimentary special drink, which really elevated my overall experience here. Breakfast quality was also very high. I'd come again. Recommended."

"A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day."

"The location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious."

"Visiting AlUla during the off-season offers incredible value for money. Let's start with the weather, which is often a major concern. In July, temperatures range from 24-42 degrees Celsius. Mornings and evenings are surprisingly cool, especially when compared to Riyadh's 35-46 degrees during the same period. It's completely feasible to explore by avoiding the midday heat. Hotel prices in July are incredibly attractive, and there are very few tourists, mostly Arabs. Because there are so few people, the service is exceptionally quick. Shuttles arrive within 5-10 minutes. Only one of the three restaurants was open, offering both Arabic and Thai cuisine. While the Michelin-level prices aren't cheap, the food and service are excellent. The breakfast, in particular, is worth mentioning. It's à la carte, and the quality is superb. You could order the entire menu twice over! What's more, they even asked if I wanted a takeaway when I left. On the first day, I took away bread and fruit, and on the second, bread and Coke. A can of Coke costs 30 SAR in the room, and they packed me three cans along with a complimentary bottle of water! Since I didn't rent a car, I didn't visit any surrounding attractions, but the hotel grounds themselves are beautiful. In the evenings, you can enjoy a bonfire and stargaze. There's even a stargazing activity where a Kenyan guide shows you the moon through a telescope and helps you locate the Big Dipper to orient yourself. All the hotel staff are incredibly nice. They clean the room in the morning and then come back in the evening to prepare it for bedtime, which is a very thoughtful touch. Check-out was instant as I had no extra charges. I used the hotel's car service to the airport, and while it was twice the price of a taxi, the service was truly excellent. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm extremely satisfied!"

"The location and facilities are excellent. The only issue we faced was on the first night when the electricity went out at midnight for half an hour, then came back on, and two hours later, it went out again for five minutes. It was a difficult situation because we didn't know what was happening, and the front desk was far from our room, plus the phone was disconnected with the power outage. We received an apology message from the hotel manager along with a small cake. Other than that, honestly, the hotel is beyond amazing, and the breakfast is seven-star. The services are also worth experiencing, and we got a competitive price from the website, better than the hotel's direct price and other sites."

"This hotel is truly delightful. The staff is very welcoming, sharing a story and offering a brief tour before check-in. The ambiance is magical, largely due to the reliance on candlelight rather than extensive electricity. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only minor reservation was the pervasive presence of the SAB bank logo. While subtle, once noticed, it became apparent in nearly every design element throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly rate this experience a perfect 10/10, particularly for those who appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere."
