"My stay at Hotel 101 Fort was okay overall mainly because of the good location, which was convenient for getting around nearby establishments and activities. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Early check-in was not allowed on the day of my stay, and when the actual check-in time came, the process was extremely slow. Even with only around 5 people ahead of me in line, it still took more than 30 minutes of standing and waiting before I was assisted. Another concern was the bathroom condition upon check-in, as the bathroom floor was still wet when I entered the room, which made it feel like the room was not fully prepared yet. The location is definitely a plus, but the front desk efficiency and room preparation could still be improved."

"We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee."

"Jamaica who was in the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived by midnight from our flight and was already drained and tired but she made us feel warm and welcomed. We appreciated it so much we booked another stay because of her."

"I booked, then extended my stay at Seda during a long business trip - an amazing hotel right in the middle of the heart of the city. Very easy to get to anywhere, super helpful staff. If you need to work while travelling there is a good workstation in the (premier) room. Internet can be a bit stop/start but hook up to 5G on your phone and you're good. Beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffer is varied and very tasty. The Rooftop outdoor bar is extremely pleasant for an evenings unwind. My room attendant (Aries) was extremely helpful, polite and efficient - thank you for making the stay comfortable young sir! The only thing I would ask management is they reconsider their points system ... I booked trhough Trip.com, and *will do so again* - why? ... because it is *considerably* cheaper than buying direct on the Seda hotel website. I weighed up the pros/cons of getting access to the club lounge area, but everything taken into consideration the additional direct booking surcharge wasn't worth it. Compare this to other hotels who are either on-par price-wise, or very slightly above, but! ... offer a valuable add-on that makes it worth going to book direct with the hotel. Again, wonderful hotel, great experience, but book through trip.com or another affiliate service as its cheaper."

"Overall, a clean room, a little small, but it did have a balcony and everything you needed, the bed was good.The water pressure was fine.The only thing I would say is it's on a very busy road occasionally you could hear road.Noise, especially if you're not on a high floor and additionally the buffet breakfast was subpar.The staff was friendly easy check in mostly depending on how many people were waiting to check in with you.Overall price was decent value and fairly good location near BGC and Malls"

"I booked for staycation so we want to swim on swimming pool , but i knew only after i booked that we cant use pool during holiday and weekend they must add on the trip.com this info not just free acces to pool Since this is not refundable we just stay,,anyway"

"Close to BGC, cheaper option than stay within the area. Hotel is fine, staff great Few cockroaches running around in the room and bathroom, so they may want to spray more often :D"

"Thompson suite has a great location near Uptown mall and accessible to many point of interest in BGC. The unit is clean and spacious comfortable for our group of five. However, both shower room gets wet easily due to its design which requires a lot of towel to dry the floor. I appreciate the assistance of Jen and Rose in providing updates and some toiletries. Checking in and checking out was smooth and purely no contact process."
