"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a good value for the price. The only downside was that the curtains were not fully blackout, so some light came through the sides. Street noise could also be heard from the room, including passing vehicles. Despite these minor issues, I think the hotel is still a good option if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay."

"Staying at Clark Central Park Tower Resort was an excellent experience! The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-lit. The swimming pool and various facilities are excellent, and the service staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel relaxed and at ease. It's perfect for a vacation and unwinding."

"Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available. What's good about this place : the location very close to SM Clark only 10 minutes walking distance. Mostly staff are friendly."

"The room is clean and well managed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We were happy that they separate the buffalo wings sauce from the chicken for my cousin's son consideration. The kid enjoyed the food so much. Also, we had to check out late at night because we need to meet up with our relatives that attended the Aurora Concert. We do appreciate that the staff extended assistance in booking the grab ride for us. Thank you!"

"I was actually disappointed because my friend recommended it. Was given 5th floor room and the noise from the road was apparent. No sound proofing. My aircon kept me UP ALL NIGHT. The aircon made loud cranking sound starting in the middle of the night waking me up. It was so loud I thought the aircon was going to blow up. Couldn’t sleep a wink. DONT GET 5th floor room because my friends who stayed in the 7th floor didn’t encounter this. Another colleague in the 5th floor also complained about the aircon noise. I wished I could share the recorded aircon sound in the room."

"Every staff member was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile, and the room was nice. However, on my first day, there was a tour group checking in, so there was some noise because they didn't close their doors properly, which was quite noticeable. The location is not ideal; the area felt unsafe. When we walked back to the hotel after dinner, which was only a 5-minute walk, two children actually asked us for money. So, try to avoid walking around at night. Overall, if you just stay inside the hotel, it's pretty good."

"Very convenient Korean Hotel in Angeles city, it's located at a low traffic area with only deliveries and residents passing by but still conveniently close the both Malls and Clark International Airport. Interestingly it seems to be built with Korean standards, including all brands used inside as well as the doors opening outwards just like in Korea."

"Great value for money. The location isn't bad and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely want to stay here again. The only downside is the lack of a window, which is a bit of a shame."

"We were looking forward to trying out Prime Asia Hotel based on the photos seen online. We have mixed experience after our stay. GOOD: 1. The rooftop pool was big enough with numerous seating options around it. The asian inspired gazebos on both ends gave a relaxing ambiance to the space. 2. Breakfast buffet had a wider array of dishes. We loved that they have two dishes each for Indian and Korean guests. Tumeric basmati rice was savory. Gochugang Eggs and Fish Cakes dish was delicious. Although Masala Chicken was lacking spices so was bland. 3. Housekeeping and Breakfast restaurant staff were engaging and quick to serve. Special mention are Iya of housekeeping and Ross of IMO. 4. Smart TV in the room so Netflix ready. COULD BE IMPROVED: According to their website: ”Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway. A contemporary retreat featuring spacious accommodations and carefully curated amenities for every traveler.” 1. We booked a family room. Upon entering we were surprised to find NO bedside table. Does hotel management expect their guests to place their mobile phone, eyewear/prescription glasses, TV remote, etc on the floor? In the photos online, rooms had side tables. We had to go down to the reception to ask. To be fair, housekeeping staff searched for a side table and was able to bring a table (see photos). 2. No electric kettle and coffee/tea making amenities. Even lower standard hotels/motels have these. Had to borrow from IMO Restaurant. 3. Smart TV would not load Netflix. Another call to reception to have their technical staff come to fix it. 4. Room refrigerator would not turn on. Fourth call to reception for assistance. Housekeeping came again and we found out that the ref was defrosted by turning off the breaker. To summarize, the hotel has a lot going for it. Hopefully management acts on these improvement points which are not hard to rectify. So for now only ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ overall."

"This is a well situated hotel in Angeles. It has a great pool and the staff are fantastic and always helpful. We moved rooms to a poolside room on the 2nd day and while we were out the the staff even moved our luggage to the new room. The food is great with a large selection to choose from on the menu. We will definitely be back. Thanks team."
