"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the ”Twosome Place ” franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"Excellent value for the hotel with spacious room and massage chair and jacuzzi all included. Location wise it is just 15 min walk to Suncheonman Garden, and many eateries around the hotel area. Free breakfast is good too. Definitely recommended."

"The accommodation was very clean and well organized. The bedding was comfortable, there was a warm electric blanket, and the amenities were good. The refrigerator was very pretty and had 4 bottles of cold water. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with cup ramen, salad, cereal, juice, milk, toast, and coffee. Next time I come to Suncheon, it was a place I would like to stay again. Everything was good, but I wish there was a full-length mirror in the room... That was the only thing that was a little disappointing. I had a good rest in this nice accommodation."

"My girlfriend and I checked into this lovely hotel in Korea—spotless room, soft lighting, the kind of place that makes you whisper out of respect. We went out for food, came back happy and exhausted, and fell asleep thinking we’d nailed the perfect stay. At exactly midnight, the romance died. From the ceiling vents came a sound like light scratching… then movement. Out crawled a giant spider—no exaggeration—about the size of a dinner plate, legs first, like it owned the place. We both froze. Time slowed. I’m pretty sure my soul left my body. The spider disappeared back into the vents just as fast as it came, leaving us wide awake, lights on, questioning every life choice. Beautiful hotel. Unforgettable guest. 🕷️"

"I ended up taking a spontaneous trip to Suncheon to celebrate a friend's birthday. Since I didn't have any specific plans, I hurriedly made a reservation and accidentally made a mistake with the dates. However, when I called the accommodation, they kindly helped me change them. Thank you again so much! First off, the location is the best, just a 5-minute walk from Suncheon Station! There is also a large GS25 convenience store right across from the accommodation. The Green Car parking lot is also very close, making it convenient to rent a car. The twin room was spotlessly clean, without a single hair, and the bedding was in great condition. I even used the Styler to freshen up my coat, which had been covered in dust all day. The bathroom faucet was also impressive; it was sparkling clean enough to be used as a mirror. The room was a bit dry, but since the weather got colder than expected, I actually preferred the warmth. For breakfast, cup noodles, toast, soup, and a variety of drinks were provided. It was clean and quiet, so I had a hearty breakfast before checking out. The cat stationed at the front desk is especially cute! Overall, the facilities were well-maintained, and it was the perfect accommodation for travelers without a car. Thanks to you, it was a short but enjoyable trip."

"It was nice that there were a lot of restaurants nearby as it was a bit out of town. There are no attractions to walk to around the accommodation, but the accommodation was clean and nice. You have to check in early to get a parking spot. The whirlpool is smaller than I thought. I plan to use it again next time. ^^"

"It is the largest hotel in Suncheon, but... it is not well-maintained. I think they need to reinvest. The carpets are dirty, the glass bathroom door is a bit inconvenient for a family stay, and none of the facilities are operational. It was built well, so it seems like it would be fine if they just managed it properly, but it is a shame."

"Good for two nights. The room was comfortable, although there was no control for the air conditioning. Does it even work? Our key was left on the counter with our name when we arrived, but we never saw the receptionist during our two-day stay. There was a phone number available in case of need. The room is a bit dated but functional. Very good value for money! No breakfast, but instant noodles, tea, coffee, and popcorn are available at the reception to be eaten downstairs to avoid attracting insects (crumbs) into the rooms. Also, razors, toothbrushes with toothpaste, and creams are freely available at the reception 😉. A minor drawback: the room could use a more thorough cleaning (cobwebs)."
