"The rooms were impeccably clean. They were spacious, and the semi-double beds were very comfortable. Although the toilet and shower were combined, the vanity area was large and convenient to use, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We had breakfast included and ate there both mornings; the food was surprisingly delicious. We were perfectly happy with the hotel's meals and didn't need to eat out. This was my first time in Daegu, and thanks to this hotel, it was a comfortable and enjoyable trip. On our departure day, due to our KTX reservation, we asked the front desk to call us a taxi, which was incredibly helpful. The staff spoke excellent Japanese and were very polite, leaving a great impression. We arrived at the station on time, and the fare was exactly as stated. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel. The fox paintings, in keeping with HOTEL FOX ARTHALL, were also very cute! Next time I come to Daegu, I definitely want to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to my friends! As a side note, the hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 10 of Banwoldang Station (반월동 역) after passing through the underground shopping arcade. However, Exit 10 requires climbing about five steps before you reach an escalator (which is also narrow). So, if you have a large suitcase, be prepared to tackle the stairs, and once you get on the escalator, the hotel is right there."

"The check-in staff spoke basic English, but other employees didn't. Room cleanliness was a major issue; while general tidiness was okay, a thorough cleaning was clearly lacking. On the first night, a staff member put my friend's pajamas inside the duvet, making them hard to find. The second night, they threw away my facial cleanser refill, which was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel discarding a guest's items. On the third night, no one cleaned the room, refilled the water, or emptied the trash. I tried calling reception, but communication was impossible. We had to go to the front desk in person and show them photos of the room's condition before they said they'd send someone to clean it. However, after waiting over ten minutes, no one showed up. We eventually confirmed that no one would be cleaning that day and we'd have to wait until the next. The trash wasn't emptied, and it took repeated requests to get water, which was delivered by a staff member with a rather poor attitude. We asked for water and a trash bag for our rubbish, but they gave us water and towels. Generally, many staff members don't speak English, making communication quite difficult."

"I had a fantastic experience at UH FLAT Daegu. The room was stunningly designed, spacious, and very aesthetic. I was particularly impressed with the high-end appliances and modern amenities, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff is meticulous and genuinely cares about their guests. I had a difficult situation where I left an item behind, and because I don't have a local Korean phone number, arranging shipping was nearly impossible for me. The team went above and beyond to help me coordinate the delivery to Seoul, solving a huge problem with such kindness and patience. If you are looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and world-class hospitality in Daegu, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!"

"This hotel is really close to Banwoldang Subway Station, and it's right by a bustling commercial street, making it super convenient for food and shopping. Places like Geumseong Galbi, the Hanok Starbucks, and Yakjeon Alley are all within easy walking distance. The hotel entrance isn't very obvious, and the room was small with no particular view. It's a bit inconvenient that Korean hotels generally don't provide complimentary disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Japanese hotels like Toyoko Inn even offer skincare products like cleansing oil and toner, which aren't available here, though there's an Olive Young nearby. The breakfast was quite good – you can make your own Korean bibimbap and there were baked eggs. For just one night as a过渡 before heading to Busan the next morning, and at only 200 yuan, I can't really complain!"

"The facilities are excellent and very well-equipped, and there's a generous welcome snack and drink selection. The sanitizing closet is a thoughtful touch! The room is huge, and for the price, it's a fantastic deal. The bathroom is also very large; even though it's not a complete wet/dry separation, its size means it's hard for the whole area to get wet. The TV really surprised me – it's massive, and watching YouTube on it is great. The location on Dongcheng Road is easy to find and convenient, though the nearby sidewalks are a bit uneven, making it tricky to pull luggage. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to Zhongyang Road Metro Station, right in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. They offer luggage storage, but unfortunately, check-in is a bit late at 5:00 PM. Check-out at 12:00 PM is quite good though."

"The property is clean & feels new. Service staff was helpful. Location is about 10 minutes walk from Dongdaegu Station. To get to the lift, you need to manage some steps which was a bit inconvenient with large suitcases. Business travellers with cabin sized bags will not have an issue. The room was set to heating mode only so we had to sleep with the windows open as it was too warm. Recommend to have the room adjustable to fan mode for respective guest's preference as not everyone like to be in the warm mode."

"We enjoyed our stay. Thankfully, the staff/ owner allowed us to check in earlier. Spacious room. Clean. Theres a coffee machine and water dispenser on the ground level. Has breakfast and the spread, though limited is very local. We enjoyed it. Laundry room! Awesome! Good restaurants and cafes all around. Other things to consider.. 1. 20mins walk from the bus terminal. The pavements are not exactly easy to drag ur luggages. Take a cab or bus. Probably easier."
