"The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms are nice, very clean & very comfortable. We chose the hotel because of location & that it had a pool. Location is good, approx a 30 min walk in any direction to cities lively galleries, museums & parks. The pool is tiny & open beyond hotel guests so is crowded & on the weekend lots of kids, so couldn’t use for lap exercise which was disappointing."

"1. The hotel lobby and public areas are converted from an old building, while the rooms are located in a new building at the back. The two buildings are connected, and the renovation has a lot of character, but getting from the lobby to the room by elevator is a bit roundabout. 2. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, and the quality is good. The staff's attitude is also very pleasant. 3. When I booked the room, I requested a quiet room away from the elevator. The front desk gave us a room at the end of the hall... The room size was decent, but the air conditioning wasn't heating up. The wind in Granada is strong, and the weather was very cold. It's hard to imagine how it feels to return to an icy cold room at night... We checked the hotel's past reviews on Trip.com and found similar comments from other guests, so we have reason to suspect the hotel treats Chinese tourists differently. 4. We called the front desk to request a room change, but they said there were no rooms available that day and offered to send someone to check the air conditioning. We waited for a long time, but no one came, so we contacted Trip.com customer service for help. Trip.com was very proactive in negotiating with the hotel for us. We insisted on changing rooms, but since it was Valentine's Day, the hotel genuinely had no vacant rooms, so they could only provide us with a heater. In the end, we decided to make do for one night and change rooms the next day. 5. The next day, we packed our luggage, and when we returned in the evening, the hotel had changed our room. The new room was larger than the original, and the air conditioning was warm. Throughout the entire process, Trip.com actively communicated and tracked the room change, helping Chinese nationals abroad resolve their issues. I'd like to give a thumbs up to Trip.com customer service! 👍"

"Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Glasgow Central Station, making it very convenient for travelling around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. I only stayed for a short time, but everything was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow."

"Enjoyed my one night stay. Room was clean and well presented. Didn’t appreciate having guarantee £100 taken at check in. Don’t understand why Best Western feel the need to inflict this on their customers. There may be some justification if dealing with stag/hen parties or other large parties but for couples/solo travellers I just don’t see the reason for imposing this on customers. It would make me think twice before booking again."

"The location is excellent. I booked a superior room and was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. This is the only hotel I've stayed at since leaving London that provided toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. The front desk staff was particularly nice."

"Friendly waiter/bar staff in Steven. Beer - very good. Ambience very good. Ate out for dinner. Heating in room very erratic, only works when cars in. So room cold on return. Disabled room, bathroom door opens right out into room and moves fast with no stopper, middle of the night I head butted door on opening it as it swung away. No lasting damage done but a bit dangerous. Partner said bathroom freezing during night. Breakfast bang average - no traditional Scottish tattie scones, no scrambled egg and fried eggs are white of an uncooked type. Despite asking twice for a flipped fried egg - same white silicone esque rubber circle. Defo not edible. Waiter rude to my partner when asked about replacement. Clearly no frying facilities being used. The milk of which I had a glass of was the wateriest milk and most unpleasant taste - was it Uht? Or powdered with water added? Baked beans and sausages very tasty. No HP or Heinz sauces. Some of bread poor quality. Coffee from a work style urn. Not very modern. Parking overpriced and car which had been washed prior to arriving was filthy on departure with a brown layer of dirt on it. I note that website chooses to mention under Historic Sites: Hampden Park and Celtic Park: 4.0mi | 14 min drive Funny that Ibrox Stadium - with the iconic Main Stand which is closer than the above is not given a mention. Bigotry alive in well in the hotel establishment management. Won’t be returning or recommending."

"Amazing view of the city! Requested for a high floor and thankfully was given one, front reception was friendly and informative. Location was great! Just few minutes away from the railway station and in the middle of many foods and cafes"

"Great location, straightforward checkin, excellent price for twin room apartment. Good kitchen facilities - microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher- and reasonable quantities of crockery, cutlery, tumblers, wine glasses, washing up liquid etc. Good to have separate area with sofa and tv. WiFi perfectly fine. Slept fairly well but beds and especially pillows were very firm, I usually have 3 pillows but often 1 here was adequate. The main niggle was that we had an accessible room even though not requested. We understand it is hotel policy to allocate these when necessary and heard someone else who was disappointed as well. The problem is that if you’re 6 foot tall the low height of bathroom mirror, sink and fixtures makes things difficult to manage easily."
