"Booked a 3 night stay at Queen Hotel in Chester and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel and the room was perfect. Didnt dine at the restaurant but ordered 2 bar meals which the food was plentiful and delicious with an excellent choice. Room service was excellent too as we ordered drinks to the room and also some sandwiches and soup. The breakfast was excellent too. All staff I spoke with were courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be booking this hotel again for my next visit to Chester."

"Perfect location. The hotel is within walking distance of the Railway station and the City centre. Rooms are spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable say. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any query we had. Check in very efficient and free complimentary drink.
A late check out of 12pm and a good buffet breakfast helped make for a very relaxing short stay."

"Just a brief overnight trip so didn't really use any amenities. Breakfast was good, dining room was overly full so had to go in the conference room, which really should have been laid out properly to use and not abandoned chairs everywhere. Should have had cutlery and condiments in that room too.
Overall would stay there again"
