Cheap Hotels in Lille

"The hotel is super well situated, in the heart of the city. You will situated at a walking distance of anything you fancy. Good food nearby and 2 subway stops are as well very close by. You can access the hotel restaurant at anytime for a free coffee. The sauna are the gym are good but a bit small and close at 22:00. The AC was not working at the time of our stay so we had to open the window but many mosquitos got into our room at night and it was really unpleasant. The front desk couldn't provide any help which is very unfortunate. The bed are a bit soft and the pillows are not that good. To sum up, Amazing location, really convenient but a few key points could be improved."

"The location is very convenient – right next to the Lillenium shopping centre. The area feels safe and modern, with good access to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well designed with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. "It’s superbly located and is very clean and modern. Excellent shower and bedding. Lovely warm friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, smoked salmon croissant granola and plenty of yoghurts and cheeses. Very pleased with our stay. The only issue is it may be slightly loud on the weekend as you are in a busy district but we kept the windows shut and AC on so it really was no trouble"

"This was our first time staying with you. The hotel was well located (bus stops nearby). Easy access to our room, where you met our expectations (extra bed for our 15-month-old daughter). We really enjoyed our stay; the air conditioning was excellent in this heat. However, the occasional power outage wasn't as pleasant."

"Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep."

"Tha air conditions was not working, the réception could provided us a solution, even when they know there was a problem and accept it. The Windows was not able to be open so the room was hot the whole time I highly suggest to consider other hotel of possible"

"The room was spacious, and it was good to have hangers and hooks available. However, there was only one shower room and one toilet for our floor, which was not sufficient. There were no hooks in the shower room, making it difficult to hang clothes or towels, and there were also no racks to place shower products. The ventilation in both the toilet and shower room did not seem adequate, and no hairdryers were available. That said, the shower room was clean. Overall, the stay was decent for the price."

"The Holiday Inn was located in a quiet area, fairly central to the centre, with most of the shops, train stations, and some museums nearby. I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, although small. I will definitely choose to stay there again, and have decided to visit again before the end of the year because I had such a pleasant experience."
