"There is a city ordinance for this district that says any building over 3 stories high is required to seal all windows for the entire building for security reasons. The room was therefore very stuffy and frankly unhealthy. No fresh air!!!!! The clerk also said in the summer time they have no A C !!! She said the customers were outraged they were not notified in advance. I would not recommend any hotel in this district"

"The hotel was clean, and good location with shopping mall and restaurants near.
But when check in, they have asked me 90 Euro as guarantee using my credit card. I asked about the guarantee money when checked out. They said it will be transfer to my credit card account but could not exactly mention the date. They said, it could be one week, it possible also one month. Until yesterday, there was no information/news about the guarantee money."
