"Very good hotel booked in reasonable price. Location is very convenient, close to the metro station that allows to reach it smoothly from train and bus stations or airport and of course from main attractions. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good - buffet with different options so everyone should find something that fots him. For me the only disadvantage is the size of restaurant - on Saturday at 9 AM it was very crowded and there were troubles with finding a free table. The rooms are also good, everything is clean, beds are convenient, there is kettler amd bathroom gels. I really admire TV with YouTube access. Things that can be improved is adding toothbrush and coffee bags (there were tea, sugar and milk). I would admire more plugs because almost all were taken by lights but there wasn't necessary to use them all. All in all, if you look a good hotel close to the city center, it's a good choice if price is around 100€."

"Hotels in Prague are generally quite expensive, which made me choose this place without much expectation, to be honest. However, it turned out to be a place where I genuinely felt it offered 'more than its price tag.' The room was spacious, the refrigerator was large and easy to use, and the kitchen was very clean, making it perfect for self-catering or preparing simple meals. With such complete facilities, I wouldn't feel inconvenienced even during a longer stay. Plus, there's a charming bar in the basement, which is a fantastic bonus for anyone who enjoys a casual drink in the evening. Considering the location, facilities, and comfort, the value for money here is truly outstanding. It's definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again on my next visit to Prague."

"Mixed feelings during this stay: Pro: - Great location if you travel by train, just footsteps from central station and old town - The entrance and lobby are beautiful - Frontdesk acts really good an efficient on problems during the stay, was wonderful! Cons during stay: - The first room had problem with airco, room temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. We got instant another room so was managed very quickly. - The shower wall was leaking so when showering the bathroom floor was completely wet - Cleaning was “so/so”, bathroom floor was never cleaned and second day forgot towels and toilet paper. Towels had stripes and holes in it. - Bread at breakfast had bake off breadrolls which they did not proper bake-off so the are white and very dry. If you are a bread lover I recommend not to add breakfast and dine at the lovely bakeries. So mixed feelings with the stay. Had a quite comfortable stay but for the price we paid we had to many difficulties."

"The hotel is well maintained or perhaps renovated in recent times. Check in was a breeze. Tram station is within minutes of walk from hotel that connects to subway station leading to most attractions. Breakfast spread was good too. There are mini marts , supermarkets as well as some relatively decent food all within minutes walk from hotel. I was given a room on the second floor..room size is spacious and bedlinen are clean, and interior looks new and well maintained. There's a mini fridge. Some little noise from the streets can be heard in room occasionally at night since there are restaurant and bistro just besides and opposite the hotel. But it's really minimal and it didn't bother me too much especially if the windows are all shut. I like they have a little patio on the ground floor, where you can have a coffee or smoke (just in case you need to). Overall is a pleasant stay and is a hotel that I would recommend others. Oh..I was lucky that I catch a free airport transfer to the hotel (some arrangement that is not always available all year round)"

"Location-wise, the hotel is good. It’s not too far from the city center, although it is a bit farther from the main attractions. However, with a 48-hour transport pass, getting around is easy. The hotel is located downhill from the metro station. Walking down to the hotel is easy and quick, but the walk back to the metro can be challenging, especially with heavy luggage, as it involves about 15 minutes of uphill walking on a fairly steep road. There is a Vietnamese restaurant around the corner from the hotel, which was a nice find and serves good food. The hotel itself has all the basic amenities except for a kettle in the room. If you need hot water, you have to go downstairs and ask the receptionist to provide it. You can also try the local draft beer available there."

"I was going to give this a 10/10, I genuinely was. Extremely worth it, location was convenient, and had everything I need (more, actually, because I ended up with three beds despite being a solo traveller). Even when I say poor, the cleanliness wasn't that bad. I moved a chair and when the leg grazed the bed it left a huge dirt mark, but that would still have been acceptable. What got to me was that on the night before check out, I found suspicious stains on one of the bed runners that looked like blood. At that point I figured there was no point in reporting it, but honestly even while knowing the runners don't really get washed this isn't just dirty, it's potentially a biohazard. As I said, everything else was great, but this really sunk the entire thing for me."

"The location is superb, right outside the subway and tram stations, making it very convenient to get to the old town and other attractions. The hotel breakfast is delicious, with a great variety of unique desserts. The king-size bed in the room is very comfortable, measuring 1.8 meters wide. The only downside is that the front desk staff's English isn't great, making it difficult to understand them. It seems the hotel doesn't host many Chinese guests; I didn't see any other Chinese people during my two-day stay, as it feels more like a local hotel."
