"I was going to give this a 10/10, I genuinely was. Extremely worth it, location was convenient, and had everything I need (more, actually, because I ended up with three beds despite being a solo traveller).
Even when I say poor, the cleanliness wasn't that bad. I moved a chair and when the leg grazed the bed it left a huge dirt mark, but that would still have been acceptable. What got to me was that on the night before check out, I found suspicious stains on one of the bed runners that looked like blood. At that point I figured there was no point in reporting it, but honestly even while knowing the runners don't really get washed this isn't just dirty, it's potentially a biohazard. As I said, everything else was great, but this really sunk the entire thing for me."
