"Extremely satisfied! We booked a standard king room, and the hotel directly upgraded us to a suite. It not only had a living room, but also a very spacious bathroom, exactly what I always wanted. When they upgraded us, the hotel staff even said that if we weren't happy with the room, we could immediately let them know and they'd adjust it for us. That level of service alone deserves full marks! 👍 The only regret is that we forgot to ask the hotel to book tickets for Getu River a day in advance. Otherwise, we could have saved 30 yuan per person. You can't get the discount if you book tickets on the day of entry, which is a shame."
