"The front desk staff were very friendly; on our first day, the receptionist even escorted us to the elevator. The room had a great view, and it will be even better once the construction on this side of the bridge is finished. The latex pillows ensured a good night's sleep every night, and breakfast was abundant. The downsides are that the room wasn't very well-ventilated and had a slight odor, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. For a short holiday stay, this place offers excellent value for money. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"I've stayed at the Pacific Hotel Yuyao many times. It's located along the Yaojiang River, and I really enjoy my daily walks along the river. The hotel service is consistently excellent, much more professional than many newly built five-star hotels, especially when it comes to the small details. The breakfast is particularly abundant and features many local Yuyao specialties, which is very comforting as a descendant of Yuyao. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It's my top choice when visiting Yuyao; it would be even better if they had larger family rooms."

"My stay at the Hilton Yuyao was absolutely delightful, and I especially want to thank Shelly and Viola from the front desk for their attentive service. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles. The check-in process was not only efficient but they also thoughtfully inquired about my needs and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and local recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the view from the window was excellent. I enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant; the dishes were exquisite and delicious, and the service was impeccable. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The clean and tidy environment and the welcoming atmosphere made me feel completely relaxed. A special thank you to Shelly and Viola for their professionalism and enthusiasm, which made this business trip exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Yuyao and will recommend it to my friends."

The hotel is within easy Hemudu culture of 7,000-year-old museum, Tianluoshan Heritage Museum, Liangnong red Communist-controlled China, Danehill Chishui, Samyeongsan Forest Park, Samyeongsan Geopark, etc. ! The hotel has 112 deluxe rooms, with a variety of Chinese and western breakfast buffet and hand-made dumplings, special Yuyao City beef noodles, is entertainment, business, family trip choice, the hotel is equipped with self-service LG Laundromat and youth-filled high-end gym. Enjoy Breakfast on Yuyao City's image boulevard in the spacious cafeteria on the top floor!
"In line with the usual all-season standards, the hotel is located in a new district with no attractions or commercial facilities around it, close to the highway but far from the train station. Room 09 was much bigger than expected, and we politely processed my request for late check-out. Overall positive review
Areas for improvement:
1. The wontons for breakfast became a bit mushy within 2 or 3 minutes of being cooked.
2. Due to the courier's mistake, the takeaway from other hotels was delivered to our room. There was a small incident due to poor communication because the food was delivered by a robot. The front desk should do an initial check."

"This time I came to Yuyao for a business trip and chose this Haiyue Huantu. The overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. The store is on the edge of the business district, next door is Zhong'an Square, inside is a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and clothing stores, whether it is dinner, snacks or purchasing daily necessities, you don't have to go far, it takes a few minutes to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station, the traffic location is really impeccable. The interior of the room is taken care of very carefully. There is no smell when entering the door. The floor, window sill and bathroom corners are cleaned. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, and the rest is particularly stable at night. The front desk staff is gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out process is fast and not delayed, and any questions will be answered patiently, and there is no perfunctory throughout. The room TV, hot water, air conditioning and other equipment are running smoothly, and the price is outstanding compared to the surrounding hotels of the same grade. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Yuyao hotel offers parking on site. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.
"The room's floorboards were coming up, causing me to trip several times. The breakfast during the May Day holiday was an extremely poor experience; there were barely any dishes, completely incomparable to other local hotel brands. There was no space, it was crowded, and not a single waiter was in sight. Only one security guard was clearing dishes, very slowly, and it was obvious he was just helping out. He pushed a three-tier cart and left after only filling the first level. I asked him to come back and clear our table, but when he returned with the second cart, he was clearing other tables instead. We waited a full 20 minutes for our table to be cleared – big thumbs down. No cutlery, no food, nothing much to eat. Paying for breakfast felt like a rip-off. Overall, the dining experience deserves a 0. The front desk service was okay, but everything else was terrible. I will never come back. For those looking for an international brand, I'd advise caution."
