"This is my third stay at the Xuyi Kaiyuan Hotel, and each time is a unique and pleasant surprise! Fresh fruit is always provided in the room, which adds a really warm touch. This time, with spring in full bloom and everything lush and green, I even spotted deer by the willow trees along the river – they were so adorable! I stayed on the seventh floor, facing south, and I think the view is even more distinctive than the lake view rooms. I really hope I can get a south-facing room again next time! Absolutely loved it! My only regret is that I missed the complimentary breakfast; it was just too crowded. Guess I'll have to try it next time."

"Staying at the Lobster Jinling Hotel was an experience filled with thoughtful service from start to finish. The room came with a capsule coffee machine, and they even included detailed instructions, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and polite, always greeting us proactively and kindly inquiring about our plans and meal intentions, meticulously recommending the hotel's signature lobster dishes. Unfortunately, my friend had already booked a meal at 'Shrimp God,' so I missed out on trying the hotel's lobster this time. The breakfast service was excellent, with timely replenishment of dishes. From check-in to dining, you could feel the staff's patience and attentiveness everywhere; they responded quickly to any issues and provided thorough, unhurried service. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and the outstanding service left a deep impression. Next time I'm in Xuyi, I'll definitely save room to try the hotel's lobster."

"This is my second stay this year. I have been in Xuyi for two days. I originally did not choose Hampton for this trip. However, after checking in at another hotel, I immediately checked out the room for the next day and switched to Hampton. It's not as good as Hampton Inn. After checking in last night, everything was fine. The location is excellent. Across the road is a row of treasure shops and various delicacies. Xuyi Hampton is a place worth coming back to again."

"Facilities: There is no need to say, the room is large, there is an intelligent voice system, a smart toilet, wireless charging on the bedside table, and the room card in the elevator directly shows the floor where you live, and you can't enter other floors, which is very safe. Environment: Downstairs of the hotel is Zhao Yiming snacks, Wanrunfa Supermarket, there are many lobster shops on both sides of the door, we chose Abing Lobster, delicious, the hotel entrance is the street across the road, very lively at night, where many tourists eat, so the hotel room will be a bit noisy.

But I have to complain: the elevator in Building 4 occasionally clangs during operation, which is very noisy and feels bad. It is rare to see it in a hotel of this level. The stainless steel surface is uneven and has rust stains. The room is not soundproof. The crying child next door feels like it is in your own room.
