We encountered a few problems when we were about to leave, but the handsome young man and beautiful young woman at the front desk, along with the lovely female manager, quickly and efficiently helped us resolve them – fantastic!"

The hotel front desk was very proactive in helping us, calling us back and sending a text message to confirm. We were so tired from hiking that we fell asleep before 11 pm, but the next morning we received a text message from the hotel manager saying they had communicated with the KTV owner and asked them to stop singing. They were very responsible; even 5-star hotels don't do this."
