"Five-star review! This hotel was a gem, exceeding all my expectations! I was immediately struck by the warmth and hospitality of receptionist Xiao Ma upon arrival. Check-in was incredibly fast, and she thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and sightseeing routes. Her constant smile made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was surprisingly clean! The sheets and blankets were spotless, the bathroom had no odor, and even the corners were spotless. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive. The gym equipment was brand new, the laundry room was easy to use, and we could relax in the lobby lounge area. The restaurant deserves special mention; the breakfast selection was incredibly diverse and plentiful, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The beef noodles for dinner were authentic, generous in portion, and inexpensive – no need to go out for food! I've already recommended this hotel to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is really good. It's very close to the highway, making it very convenient to get on and off the highway. Parking is also convenient. It's just next to the main road and the railway, so it's a bit noisy when sleeping at night. The room hygiene is okay, the front desk reception service is very good, and it's not very convenient to eat. Overall, it's okay. I hope the room soundproofing equipment can be improved."

"This hotel was a great stopover during our road trip. The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water was consistent. The free parking on-site was very convenient, especially since we arrived in the early morning with our children asleep. The front desk staff, Jiajia and Yanan, were incredibly helpful and proactive. They even assisted us with carrying our sleeping children to the room. The service was thoughtful and friendly, and the hotel offers good value for money. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through."

They went out of their way to assist me with getting around the city, helping me to and from the train station, and offering fantastic advice on places to see not only in Wusu but in other cities throughout Xinjiang. Their genuine care and friendliness ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel room itself was very cozy, well equipped, and a perfect retreat after a long day of traveling. The room was very spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, but it was missing half a door and the door sill had no chamfers, so bath water would inevitably flow into the toilet. "It was too late to return to Urumqi, so I decided to stay one night in Wusu. After searching online for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. The overall feeling is very good, the cost performance and comfort are quite high. When checking in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and recommended this hotel. The barbecue restaurant is super delicious. The meat skewers are so big that it took a family of three to eat for more than 100 years and they were full. The hotel room is clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities. It also comes with non-slip slippers, tea bags and mineral water. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries, which is very considerate. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes.
