"Had a great stay. It was off-season, so there weren't many tourists in Tianshui. The B&B is located inside the ancient city, with unique decor. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of food options. The water heating system ensures no cold water, so it's instantly hot even in winter. The heating was excellent, felt like central air conditioning, and it wasn't noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fuxi Temple is not far away. A quick note on parking: there are two underground parking garages nearby. One is the Ancient City parking lot, and the other is the Cuijiaxiang parking lot. Strangely, the location the B&B gave me led me to Cuijiaxiang the first night, but then the same location led me to the Ancient City parking lot when I left. The Ancient City lot seemed a tiny bit closer. Both aren't too far, but it's best to confirm with the owner directly. I was contacted proactively by the host around 7 PM on the night I arrived in Tianshui. If you're visiting for tourism, I highly recommend staying here!"

"This hotel was a lifesaver after a long day exploring Tianshui! The environment is fantastic. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were not only beautiful but also incredibly kind and provided excellent service. This hotel truly added so much joy to my trip to Tianshui. The security guard was also wonderful, very welcoming and helpful; he even fixed our TV and gave us recommendations on where to go. It's also not far from the high-speed rail station. The two front desk ladies were exceptionally nice; they even boiled hot purified water for me when I asked. Absolutely great!"

"I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM."

"Highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Tianshui! The hotel boasts a high-end and clean environment, with brand-new and well-equipped room facilities. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the soundproofing is excellent. All staff members provide attentive and thoughtful service, with Mia at the guest center being responsive to service requests. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of local flavors and casual dining options. The location is superb, conveniently close to the city center for easy access. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers. This hotel definitely offers one of the best experiences in Tianshui, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"I brought my parents, who are in their 70s, to visit Maiji Mountain. The hostess was incredibly warm and attentive. After arriving at the North Gate 1 of the Maiji Mountain scenic area, we just made a call and she came directly to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. The room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. For dinner, we had mushroom stew with free-range chicken and stir-fried wild vegetables – truly delicious! 😋 The next day, she dropped us off at the entrance of the Maiji Mountain scenic spot at 7:30 AM, so we were the first ones to go in at 8:30 AM. After our visit, we saw a super long queue had already formed outside. Afterward, we took a taxi to explore Xianren Cliff and Jingtu Temple. Finally, the hostess even drove our luggage to the Line 34 bus stop to drop us off. It was a truly perfect day, so relaxed and easy. We avoided the crowds in the morning and didn't have to wait in long lines, making for a 10/10 visiting experience. Huge thanks to the hostess for the pick-up and drop-off service!"

"My first stay was great overall. The hotel rooms were well-equipped, clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They even gave me an opening gift, which was very nice! The robot delivery service was very convenient. Definitely worth staying at!"

"This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent."

"Five-star review! The quadrangle courtyard is beautiful and tranquil, and the room is comfortable and clean. The biggest surprise was the gentle, chubby cat at the inn – petting it was so therapeutic. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit Fuxi Temple and Yuquan Temple. The owner is warm and hospitable, and the breakfast is a varied nine-grid halal spread. Tianshui's climate is wonderful and very pleasant. An excellent stay!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities and attentive service. The hotel is located right on campus, offering a wonderful environment. After dinner at the faculty canteen, you can head to the sports field for exercise or take a stroll around the campus. There's a century-old persimmon orchard and a variety of trees to see. The campus also features many unique professional exhibits, making it a distinctive vocational college. Transportation is convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tianshui."
