"Overall, the hotel is generally good, especially for the spa and hot spring service. However, the hotel is quite dated and some of its facilities are quite old. The pillows in the room is very flat and hard to sleep on. For the location, the hotel is located quite far away from Zhiben Station so travelling to the resort can be quite a hassle. But the hotel does provide free shuttle service but you have to pre book beforehand."

In the B1 Floor it has a nice, spacious, clean kitchen with refrigerators, oven, microwave, stove, everything to cook there and space to eat as well. "My partner and I had a fantastic overall experience staying at this hotel during our trip to Taitung. The hotel's location is excellent. From the moment we approached the entrance, we could already feel the thoughtful service – the staff at the door proactively directed us to the most convenient path for our luggage, which made a great first impression. The front desk staff were very detailed in their explanations and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The hotel offers many free experiential activities and DIY classes, and the facilities are well-planned. The overall atmosphere felt relaxing and comfortable. I particularly want to mention that as we were about to take the elevator upstairs, a passing cleaning staff member saw us and proactively pressed the elevator button for us. These small details truly show the hotel staff's attentiveness and warmth, making the overall service feel very welcoming. The environment was generally well-maintained, and the cleanliness was mostly good, though a few minor details could be improved, such as a small strand of hair found on the mirror, likely left by a previous guest. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was a bit weak, and we could hear noise from the neighboring room, but it was still within an acceptable range. The breakfast was decent, but the overall stay was still very pleasant. If we have the chance to visit Taitung again, we would definitely choose to stay here."

"An absolutely wonderful stay! Both the late-night snack and breakfast were incredibly generous and delicious. Seriously, the tea eggs were the best I've ever had! Even though it was called a 'late-night snack,' it was definitely dinner-quality. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which made for a really comfortable shower. Highly recommend!"

However, it’s worth noting that it’s a bit far from Taitung City, so you may need some extra time for city visits. "This resort is very outdated. Needs a major upgrade. It has old resort smell and the bathroom of the room we had stayed we’re not clean and needed repairs done. The spa was okay and it was weird to have residential building nearby to look over the spa swimming pool. The facility looks old and empty. There are residential buildings around but no restaurants nor eatery nearby, only one 7-11. However, the staffs were wonderful, and we appreciate their help working with us to accommodate our request."

"Convenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval."

"I was upgraded to Naluwan Hotel for free. I happened to have booked Naluwan Hotel the next day, so I extended my stay without changing rooms. The hotel has so many facilities and activities that I stayed all day without leaving the house. The hotel also has DIY baked pancakes during breakfast happy hours, which were delicious and fun."
