Cheap Hotels in Rudong

"Firstly, the soundproofing is terrible. You can clearly hear conversations in the hallway and it's enough to wake you up. Secondly, there's a strong smell of smoke in the hallway, which is completely baffling. Thirdly, my child wasn't feeling well and couldn't come down for breakfast. The staff were very rigid, saying we couldn't take food away. When I asked what we should do since my child couldn't come down, they said it wasn't their problem, they were 'low-level staff' and couldn't do anything about it. Fourthly, after hanging up a call (whether it was a guest or another employee, I'm not sure), the kind lady at the front desk proceeded to swear about the person on the phone right in front of me. Fifthly, back to the breakfast area, when the steamed buns ran out, they weren't refilled, they just said they were gone. Same for the tofu pudding, once it was gone, they said there was no more. Sixthly, the kettle in the room wasn't heating up properly. I called for someone to come and check it, but no one showed up after more than ten minutes. When I called again, the operator, though polite, had an equally cold and arrogant attitude, saying, 'I've already prompted them. I don't know when they'll come. Okay, goodbye.' I've stayed in many hotels, big and small, but it's rare to encounter such poor service. I suggest the hotel management visit the Greentown Hotel in Qiandao Lake to learn what good service is all about. But then again, if this hotel is a dominant player in the local area and doesn't lack guests, then just disregard my comments. I originally booked for two nights, but ended up canceling the second night after breakfast on the first day. All in all, extremely disappointing! Service: Very poor"

"The overall stay experience is particularly comfortable! The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, warm and friendly, and intimate and meticulous throughout. Especially the staff on the 7th, the service is positive and thoughtful, especially warm. The room is clean and tidy, the details are well taken care of, and the living environment is refreshing and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the scenic spot, it is very convenient to travel and play, no need to rush. The overall aspects are very satisfactory, the experience is full, it is highly recommended to stay!"

"The lobby is clean and grand. The front desk staff, Neve, handled our check-in efficiently and professionally, and communicated patiently and thoroughly. The room has excellent natural light, and the housekeeping was very meticulous. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable hot water. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted good. The overall environment is quiet, ensuring a good quality of rest!"

"Neat and clean, each bed has two kinds of pillows to choose from. The Chaoshan community is quieter and sleeps more comfortably. There is a relatively large supermarket next to the hotel's front desk, where you can easily buy fruits and snacks. Parking is limited and vehicles can be parked most of the time. There is a relatively large Repulse Bay Park a few hundred meters to the left where you can take a walk. It's close to Zhongtian Runyuan, so it's more convenient to order takeout or eat. Can collect express delivery. Check-in, check-out and invoicing were also quick. The breakfast is okay. In addition, the laundry room has free self-service laundry, but there is only one washing machine and one drying machine. If there are many people, you need to queue up."

"Staying at Rudong Holiday Hotel, a very comfortable experience. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The internal space of the guest room is reasonably planned, the layout is comfortable and not cramped, the whole house is hygienic and maintained in place, and the countertops, floors and bathrooms are cleaned. The hotel has a complete breakfast, fresh ingredients and a good dining experience. The most impressive thing is the layout design of the bathroom. The shower room and the toilet room are staggered structures before and after, and the installation position of the towel rack on the wall has been carefully considered. Being in the shower area, you don't need to walk out of the glass door, you can reach the shelf, towels, change laundry and relax. A small detail greatly improves the sense of use, and it can be seen that the hotel is fully considered from the perspective of the guests when decorating. The overall service and hardware are online, and I will choose here next time I come to Rudong."

"The staff are service-minded, the breakfast is rich, and the freshly ground coffee is great! There is a park behind the hotel, and it is very pleasant to walk along the hotel. There are also special late night snacks in the evening. Very considerate and a very good accommodation experience."

"Every time I travel, I live here for the whole season, the room is very comfortable, the location is super good, and the surrounding is convenient! Parking is also very convenient! Service attitude is thoughtful and meticulous!"

"It feels a bit old and the sound of the car passing by early is too loud. Others are okay. When eating breakfast, the aunt’s attitude is very good. The attitude of the front desk lady is also OK. But the hair dryer in our room is broken in the middle of the night. My friend’s hair is not dry."
