"The location is excellent, and it's a well-known brand with new decor. Even in the off-season, the value for money is still great, especially if you book a few days in advance for the best deals. It's perfect for families with kids; cruise departures are right outside, and there's sand for digging. The rooms have bathtubs, and the pool is fun, with floating aids for children. Overall, it's very pleasant and highly recommended. Thanks to Amy for her excellent service. Although the kids' club charges a fee, they usually offer a free hour trial while you wait for your room. We extended for three hours at 68 yuan, and my child didn't want to leave even at 6 PM when it closed—it was so much fun! The staff at the kids' club were truly wonderful."

"The service here is incredibly thoughtful, and all the staff are warm and friendly. Having visited Senbo in Hangzhou and Jiaxing, this Senbo in Rizhao is definitely the largest. There are so many activities! The game where you can exchange 'silver notes' everywhere is really fun, and at night, there's even iron flower-hitting performances and dances to watch. My child had such a great time that we extended our stay for another day. However, because we had to switch room types, we were initially told we'd have to check out and then check back in, which sounded like a real hassle. But our butler, Pudding, was incredibly considerate. She told us to leave our luggage in the room and go enjoy our planned activities, and they would move our bags to the new room for us. This meant our itinerary wasn't affected at all! Every day, Pudding would remind us of the restaurant mealtimes and various activity schedules. So, our entire stay was very relaxing. The sea-view room allowed us to watch the sunrise effortlessly from our balcony without having to go to the beach. We just checked the time beforehand! All our sunrise photos were taken from the hotel balcony, and being able to go straight back to bed afterward was incredibly comfortable! The Ruyi Bridge also makes it super convenient to get to the beach, and the hotel is very close to various attractions. Even at checkout, my child was happy and said they want to come back again. The only drawback was a slight design issue with the first room type we stayed in. The bathroom in the sea-view king room had no partition from the bedroom, which meant privacy was really lacking, even for a family of three. The 'Small Haisen' room type we moved to later was much better."

"My stay at Kapok Hyatt Centric during my trip to Rizhao far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's new Chinese-style design is elegant and timeless, and the lobby's book bar is quiet and refined, creating a perfectly relaxing atmosphere. The location is a huge plus, right next to the MixC shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Wanpingkou Beach, making getting around very convenient. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with smart controls throughout, allowing for one-touch operation of curtains and lighting. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water. The staff were polite and attentive, and check-in/check-out was efficient. This hotel is highly recommended for both leisure travel and short getaways. I'd definitely come back."

"Enjoyed the large clean room, cleaning staff were also helpful polite and considerate. Chose this hotel because reviews mentioned breakfast was good but was disappointed by the quality even though it was a varied selection. What was supposed to be scrambled eggs at a live egg station turned out to be unseasoned fried eggs (photo as shown). What they said was an onsen egg also was a regular hard boiled egg… Bacon and sausages were good, Chinese-style dishes were the same as you would find at other budget hotels - fried rice, noodles, stir fried veg, all quite underwhelming in flavour. The room was beautiful though, but nothing special about the breakfast unless they make a good scrambled egg at their live egg station. What a waste!"

"The hotel is located in a landmark building in the heart of the Yue Zhao Wan Ping Kou scenic area, offering panoramic views of the sea and city, especially the night view, which is particularly stunning. Having just returned from Hakodate, Hokkaido, I can attest that the night view is comparable to Hakodate or Otaru, two of the world's three most famous night views. The service is exceptionally warm and attentive, the rooms are spacious and very clean, making it a great choice for travel. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"The room was great, and the mattress was super comfortable. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly thoughtful. It was my mom's birthday on the day we checked in, and I had ordered a cake. We happened to be out when it was delivered, and the front desk kindly held onto it for us. When we came back to pick it up, they had even put it in the cooler, which was so considerate and really made a good impression. The room was also very quiet; I felt like I slept better than I do at home. This twin room is perfect for families traveling to Yantai with a baby, as the two 1.5-meter beds can be pushed together to prevent the baby from falling off. The buffet breakfast was also very rich and varied. The hotel pays attention to many small details that show they really think about their guests. Staying in a hotel like this when you're away from home just makes you feel so happy. All in all, I'm super satisfied and will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Yantai."

"I chose this hotel for my vacation in Rizhao, and the overall experience was great. The hotel has its own garden and lake views, where you can even see black swans strolling around. It's just a few minutes' walk to Wanpingkou Beach, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including Haishazi noodles, local pancakes, and fresh lamb soup, all made with fresh ingredients. The seafood dishes we ordered at the Chinese restaurant were authentic and very generously portioned. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, and the staff were all very friendly. They even upgraded our room for free. When we checked out, the doorman helped us put our luggage into the taxi, which was a very thoughtful touch. Staying here makes it easy to visit the beach, making it perfect for a short seaside getaway."

"The hotel is quite new, having just opened a year ago. The room was very clean and quiet; our double room was on the 20th floor. The staff were all very warm, attentive, and responsive, especially Mike. Breakfast was abundant with a great variety of fruits. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the beach, making it more suitable for families with a car."

"The front desk staff's attitude was just okay on check-in day. They handed me the room key and breakfast vouchers without telling me where breakfast was or what time it ended. Breakfast is served in a shared restaurant with the Hilton Garden Inn, and the selection was very rich, though it did get crowded. The gym is also shared and was pretty empty. The room was decent, though the facilities weren't new. They offered two pillow choices, which was standard."
