"During the May Day holiday, major attractions were overflowing with people, so I decided to find a small town to escape the crowds. Luckily, I found this hotel, which significantly enhanced the comfort of my town getaway. The room had the flooring I prefer – I always feel carpets tend to hide dirt. The room layout was well-designed, clean, and hygienic. I especially want to commend their bedding; the duvet cover was made of bubble cotton, which was incredibly comfortable. Parking at the hotel was convenient, making it ideal for those traveling by car. For dinner, you can head across the street to the Sheraton; the food there is quite good!"

"An unforgettable stay Experience: I recently stayed at a hotel and had an excellent experience. The hotel's service staff are warm and considerate. From reception to room service, every aspect makes people feel comfortable and respected. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, especially the comfort of the bed was impressive. Pros: The strengths of the hotel are its professional service and good facilities. The professionalism and enthusiastic attitude of the service staff ensure that every consultation can be answered satisfactorily. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete, whether it is a gym, swimming pool or catering services, they can meet the needs of guests. "This hotel just opened this year, so it's very clean and new. It's probably the best hotel in Pujiang City. There are also restaurants nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Staying here on New Year's Day for under 500 yuan was excellent value for money. I've attached some photos for your reference."

"Let's start with the positives: 1. The hotel's location is quite good. It's a 40-minute drive from Yiwu High-Speed Railway Station and 20 minutes from Jiangpu High-Speed Railway Station. 2. The facilities appear relatively new. There's a thoughtful waiting area by the lobby with complimentary fruits, drinks, and snacks. 3. The kids' play area was a pleasant surprise; the facilities are very engaging, and my child had a great time. However, there's a significant safety concern: there were no hotel staff supervising the area, not even to maintain order or make a symbolic appearance. This poses a major safety risk. 4. The hotel pool is very convenient, with clean changing rooms and good water quality in the swimming area. They even thoughtfully provided a warm soaking pool, which is nice for a comfortable dip after swimming. Now for the negatives: 1. The hotel lacked guiding staff. They explained it was due to being busy during the May Day holiday, but I don't believe busyness is an excuse for not having guides; better arrangements should be made. 2. The room cleaning was rather rough. I found a significant amount of dust on the sliding door of the bathroom, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. 3. The quality of the children's amenities was quite poor. What was even more unacceptable was that the children's toothpaste provided had already been opened. There were no children's bathrobes, and the default size for adult bathrobes in the room was a small (S). 4. For a five-star hotel, the toiletries provided were also of rather poor quality. Moreover, this is one of the few five-star hotels I've seen that doesn't provide a care kit. 5. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and due to the high number of guests during the May Day holiday, items were often not replenished promptly. By 9:30 AM, when we were dining, there was no new juice added, and many dishes hadn't been refilled in time. This hotel shares a breakfast restaurant with the adjacent Wanfeng Hotel, a cost-saving measure that made the breakfast experience feel very crowded and uncomfortable. I didn't care for this arrangement at all; it didn't feel like a five-star hotel breakfast experience. 6. The bedside power outlets weren't very responsive; both outlets didn't work well, so I had to charge directly using the connecting cable."

"A very cost-effective business hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The underground parking lot is very convenient and free of charge. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to walk far to eat. Stayed for 3 days and received a fruit plate every day. If you order takeout, it will be delivered directly to your room by a small robot, which is very cute."

"This hotel is very expensive, free afternoon tea and supper are quite good, the room is clean and hygienic, and the face cleaner is also provided. There is a billiard room and a self-service coffee machine for free freshly ground coffee on the first floor. The two beds in the parent-child room are also suitable for a family of three."

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but driving isn't a problem as there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel amenities are decent, the cleanliness is good, the water temperature is consistent and the flow is generous, although there's a slightly unpleasant smell. Being on the street, it's quite noisy, and in winter, with underfloor heating, it's extremely dry and hot, making it difficult to sleep at night with the windows open. A robot walking around constantly plays music, which is very noisy. The breakfast is average, and the restaurant feels somewhat unclean. The bespectacled receptionist was extremely friendly, which significantly improved my overall satisfaction with the hotel."

"Wild Horse Ridge, a 600-year-old ancient village, has always been on my mind, and I finally got to visit during the New Year's Day holiday. The environment is beautiful, the service is warm and welcoming, and the dishes are fresh, all grown by the guesthouse staff in the back mountain. There are also beautiful scenic spots nearby, so you won't get bored even if you stay here all day."

"Environment: Exceptionally clean! Also very spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing. Many details were well-done, showing thoughtful design. Excellent value for money. Facilities: The toilets have separate wet and dry areas, and there's even a separate tea-drinking area! Convenient for business meetings or meals. The washbasin is spacious, making makeup application easy. And it's a new hotel! The towels and sheets were exceptionally clean and hygienic. Service: The service was truly impeccable! Extremely satisfied! Any complaints were personally addressed by the manager! Super patient and enthusiastic!"

"Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"
