First, the welcome fruit was lacking. For a family room with four guests, there was only one apple – it would have been better not to provide it at all. Similarly, there were only two sets of adult face towels and bath towels, and the only refreshment provided for children was a children's toothbrush. After returning, I asked my travel companions about the welcome fruit in the standard rooms, and they said there were apples, oranges, cherry tomatoes, etc. So, it's unclear whether this is due to inadequate training or laziness on the part of the housekeeping staff.
