"The room facilities were generally satisfactory. On the day we checked in, there must have been an event in the hotel's banquet hall because there were so many people, and the elevators reeked of alcohol. There were even drunk guests and vomit. Although I complained to the front desk, and they responded and dealt with it quickly, it was still very upsetting. Also, for a high-end hotel that's considered a landmark in the city center, there weren't even any welcome fruits? How stingy! Regarding the hotel breakfast, it might be considered good in this city, but some of the food could definitely be improved, and it wouldn't even cost much more. For example, the breakfast sausages were clearly the starchy kind, and they tasted artificial, like they had too much meat flavoring. I took one bite and had to spit it out. It's truly hard to describe."

這次入住真的挺滿意的。先説位置吧，找起來方便，自己開車來的，停車場車位挺多，進出都沒費勁，這點對自駕的人來説太重要了。
一進大廳就感覺挺舒服的，不是那種冷冰冰的豪華，是暖暖的、很乾凈的感覺，燈光也柔和，讓人一下子放鬆下來了。
特別想提一下前台的小駱和小季。我辦入住的時候人有點多，但他們倆手腳麻利，態度也特別好，一直笑呵呵的，問什麼都耐心回答。後來我臨時有點小問題找他們，也是很快就幫忙解決了，退房的時候還關心我住得習不習慣，挺貼心的。
房間收拾得很乾凈，是我喜歡的那種簡潔風格。床墊和枕頭軟硬度剛好，晚上躺下去一覺睡到天亮，而且隔音確實不錯，走廊和窗外的聲音都聽不見，睡眠質量槓槓的。衞生間也寬敞，熱水來得快，洗澡舒服，那些牙刷浴巾啥的擺放得整整齊齊，看着就舒心。
整體來説，這次住得挺值的。不管是來出差還是自己出來玩，這兒都挺合適。服務讓人舒服，環境也安靜乾淨，下次來這邊肯定還會選這家，也已經隨手發給朋友了，真心推薦！"

"The front desk service was exceptional – warm and polite. The room windows are fitted with double-layered soundproofing, so it's perfectly quiet when both inner and outer windows are closed. Free parking in the underground garage was very convenient, and the self-service laundry and gym were also a great plus. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive, and the thoughtful details weren't forced but genuinely attentive, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy, with a very comfortable mattress. The delivery robot bringing food directly to the room was a nice touch. Check-out was smooth with quick invoice processing, and they even upgraded my room type upon arrival. The room came with high-end Peter Thomas Roth toiletries; the body lotion was very moisturizing and smelled lovely. These small, thoughtful details made the trip feel like a comfortable home away from home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city."
