"This time I came to Lushan with my boyfriend. I originally came to the beautiful scenery of ”Yuqi Xiujia World”. I didn't expect that what touched us the most was the warmth this hotel brought to us.
Because I took a long sightseeing bus up the mountain, the mountain road was relatively curved, which caused me to get serious motion sickness. When I checked in at the hotel, my face was very poor and the whole person was faint. A staff member called Tutu at the front desk immediately noticed my discomfort, asked me about my situation very concerned, and poured a cup of warm water intimately, telling us to go back to the room to rest first, and contact the front desk at any time if you need it. At that time, I felt that the service of this hotel was really warm.
Unexpectedly, at three o'clock in the middle of the night, the discomfort after the motion sickness intensified, and I began to vomit and dizzy. The boyfriend contacted the front desk and learned that the clinic on the mountain was closed at this point, and the nearest hospital was at the foot of the mountain. Just when we were anxious, the front desk contacted the financial master Xu, and Master Xu drove us down the mountain to the hospital overnight without saying a word.
The mountain road in the early morning was dark and quiet, and Master Xu drove very steadily, while driving, he comforted us ”don't worry, soon.” When we arrived at the hospital, Master Xu kept accompanying us, helping to register, looking for a doctor, until I confirmed that I had finished the injection, took the medicine, and the situation stabilized. Master Xu returned to the mountain. It was really hard!
Because of physical reasons, I couldn’t go up the mountain, let my boyfriend go up the mountain to pack my luggage and leave the store early. The boyfriend caught up with the hotel and saw the hotel staff (later knew that it was also the front desk Miss Tu) take the initiative to care about my body and ask me if it’s still uncomfortable. Need help sorting things out or late check-out.
To be honest, the most memorable thing about this trip to Busan is not the waterfall of San Die Spring, nor the sunrise with the mouth, but the touch brought to us by all the staff of this hotel. From the careful greetings at check-in, to the overnight escort of Master Xu at 3 am, to the intimate care at the front desk when checking out... Every detail makes us feel that this is not a cold hotel, but a warm and humane ”home”.

"We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient.
We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️"

"The entire room was decorated in comfortable warm tones, with soft but not dim lighting. The bedding was super soft and clearly high-quality – once you lay down, you won't want to get up! The shower had fantastic water pressure and instant hot water, making for a truly refreshing experience. A special shout-out to the slippers – they had thick soles and soft fabric, not those flimsy ones that flatten immediately. The fabric sofa was very plush, and the TV was large with a clear picture. Downstairs, there's a huge ground-level parking lot with plenty of spaces, so no worries if you're driving. It's just a few minutes' drive from the city center, and there are many delivery options nearby if you get hungry late at night."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions with a smile. Requests for bottled water and napkins were delivered almost instantly, showing their exceptional service efficiency. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the cable car station and provides complimentary hiking poles, which saved us a lot of effort on our treks. The highlight was definitely the complimentary photoshoot in民國 (Republic of China) style. They provided outfits and makeup, and we got 3 professionally retouched photos taken at the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall. The pictures turned out to be very charming and we were extremely satisfied. As a thoughtful touch, we even received a local specialty souvenir when we checked out."

Lushan 1934 villa is located in the center of Guling town. It's very convenient for eating and shopping. It's a quiet place. It only takes 3 to 4 minutes to walk from the sightseeing station. There are 500 square yards in the inn. You can take your family and children to have a rest and recuperation. In the evening, you can sit in the courtyard to see the sunset, drink and chat. Like running friends can go to Huajing ruqin lake for a walk around the lake in the morning.
"The hotel's location is excellent, right near the street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room has a charming, classic feel and is clean and tidy. My main reason for visiting Lushan this time was to see the cultural and historical sites, and staying in a villa-style hotel like this felt very fitting. The service was also great; they provided a tourist map and even offered airport/station pick-up. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"A five-star rating is definitely deserved. The price increase during the May Day holiday was expected and reasonable. The breakfast, for a hotel in a scenic area, was quite generous; even those used to resort hotels will find enough to eat here. After all, I've looked around, and there aren't many places on the mountain that offer a better breakfast.
There are a couple of things I hope can be improved: firstly, the family rooms should come with three sets of toiletries, not just two, requiring guests to ask for the third; secondly, some early-rising guests were excessively noisy in the hallway, even blowing whistles. I think the hotel didn't do enough to remind them about noise levels. I know the mountain area is humid, so carpeting isn't very practical, and poor soundproofing in the corridors seems to be a common issue for all hotels here. But at least a 'quiet please' sign could be helpful, couldn't it?
The service attitude was generally excellent, with one exception: an older lady in the lobby who never smiled, whether answering questions or showing the way.
Most of these issues are minor or due to objective limitations, and even if I stayed at another hotel on Mount Lu, it would be hard to find one that does much better. Hence, the five-star rating is well-earned. I'm too lazy to review both rooms separately, so I'm just copy-pasting this for the second one."

The front desk staff are attentive and welcoming, providing a detailed breakdown of sightseeing routes and estimated times upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the voice control system is very convenient to use.
